Was home visiting for my birthday and just walked in. Waited for a while, but didn’t mind since I didn’t have an appointment. Friendly, fast and great job on a full set. ????????
I've had both good and bad service from Friendly nails. Mostly good service. They stay pretty busy, so there's that. They could be a little cleaner. They do not make much effort to communicate, and are sometimes in a hurry. They are very close and convenient for me to use. I can just walk two blocks to get there. I use them fairly regularly or if convenience. I would recommend anyone to give them a try. I wish they were cleaner and a little more friendly. I'm sure their English is not perfect, but they understand more than you realize. Bottom line, they are affordable, convenient, and do a pretty good job.
They did an awesome job on my full set! The shape and thickness was perfect... so perfect that I didn't want to cover them with a color so I opted for a clear polish!
They are careless and the acrylic is to thick. The guy cut into my nail bed trying to cut the acrylic off my nail. Its was very painful
They always do an amazing job. They take their time and I always leave happy. Sometimes they may spend too much time, but if you just let them know you need to leave within a certain amt of time they will be sure to accommodate.
The basic pedicure was probably the most thorough I've ever received. For the price, I'm impressed. I gave it 4 stars because the building is quite moldy, and that interfered with the relaxation aspect of getting my nails done. If you're looking for value, rather than spa atmosphere, this place is what you want.
It's walk in only and 3 hours later we walked out after 1 hour of service for acrylic and SNS nails. Two nails are crooked and the quality just isn't there. This is my first time leaving such a poor rating for a nail salon, and I will take my business toward the lake area next time. Much nicer salons and high quality nails.
Nice people. Clean facility. Very Fast service. But when I pay for a pedicure, I want to be able to tell. My heels are still rough and they were too quick with going around toenail cuticles.
