I absolutely love this place! Darlene is absolutely amazing! She’s literally the only person I ever go to there! She’s always on point especially when I am just everywhere and can’t makeup my mind on my ideas.

I was looking for a salon that dip ipd gel overlays on Sunday, I also wanted a quick design. Lucky for me I found Fresh Nails, I had a pedicure, ipd gel fill, and design. I was I and out in 2 hours. Pic of my nails after a month and they still look great.

I don’t usually write reviews but what horrible quality/experience. They changed management. I guess fired every employee. I showed up expecting it to be packed on a Friday because it used to be. Not only was I the only person in the place but they had one male employee working THE WHOLE DAY. I got weird vibes immediately because it was very dirty in there bluntly looked abandoned but wanted to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. I requested a full set acrylic gel manicure… even I who have never given a manicure knew he wasn’t doing it right. He skipped the base coat and everything just put on the tips and gel color and I was too nervous to say something. I asked for flowers which I never ask for art on two nails , I kid you not every single person including myself was dying laughing because they look like a 1 year old grabbed paint and went to town. After I left I was annoyed but like okay whatever maybe they can’t find employees and the color looked good on the nails without the decal…. It’s been a week and two nails have literally clean popped off my fingers since which I glued back on with nail glue. Circling back to he never was doing it right. I am so mad and yet I will not go back because despite paying 85 dollars for this service I would rather go to anyone else. 3 girls walked in after me and I can’t even imagine how long they had to wait after being told a few minutes and what awful nails they walked out with.

I started visiting Fresh Nails Bar at the beginning of this year. Lana has done my nails each time and ALWAYS gets it right! Love the atmosphere here and the music is a vibe! From the employees to the customers in at the time I go, everyone is pleasant to be around.

Great service. The nails look so good and are so well done. My first set lasted well over a month, and I’ll definitely be going back!

Lina always comes through with my nails???? I started off with her doing basic short French Nails or just one color and now we are here. She is amazing at what she does. Never misses!

DO NOT GO HERE. They charged me EIGHTY dollars for an acrylic fill. The manicurist who did my nails was rude and did an awful job shaping my nails. I had to ask for my nail to be fixed at least five times. TWO DAYS after I got this set my gel nail polish is coming off and chipping. The service was bad from the get I wanted a blue polish and instead of telling me they didn’t have the exact color they just brought a different one out without mentioning it I had to bring it up. The service was awful and overpriced compared to any nail salon I’ve ever been to. The products they used were not up to par if my nails are chipping within 48 hours. I do not like writing bad reviews but please save your money and go to a salon where your experience will be enjoyable/ valued and not wildly over priced. Also the responses from the salon to customers with bad reviews on here just goes to show how little they care or value their clients who take time out of their busy schedules to spend their hard earned money on this service. Personally if someone was spending nearly 100 dollars at my establishment in this economy I would want them to know their business is appreciated and valued. The good news is there are plenty of other nail salons in Charlotte who will show their clients that appreciation and effort. Nail daddy in Huntersville is my best recommendation for anyone looking for an amazing tech in Charlotte.

Omg! Hands down best experience ever! I was referred here by another nail salon due to them closing early. They are new and opened during the pandemic. I had a terrible time taking off my acrylic at home lol. When I got here I was met promptly at the door by Tom the owner and also a color team member. They assured me I was in great hands helped me pick a color and sent me to my pedicure all within 10mins of arriving. The attention to detail and care for my natural long nails and also my feet I am definitely going back! The endless champagne, great conversation and Tom's bomb Playlist of music will have you lit! Going today for eyebrow service will post pictures! And guess what yall they open on SUNDAY'S this about to be my new hang out spot????
