I’ve been trusting my hair care to the ladies here for over 17 years and I love them! They have always known how to cut and style my hair. Thankful to the whole team!

None star. That place is a terrible place to dye my hair, my hair was virgin, I was not mistreated, I have it to my hip and they damaged it, now my hair breaks, I have many hairpins and I burned it with the bleach to finish the Color that I asked (a blonde ash) gave me a yellow orange, to more of that when she did the discoloration, her left me pure vertical lines my hair looked like a flan, brown in the root (my natural color) line totally visible pure yellow. I do not recommend them at all in dyeing, they have no idea how a bleach is placed a hair.

I’m from NY and have been searching for a good Dominican salon here in CT. I’ve been here 4 times and every time the service is great. Needless to say I’ve found my salon!

I made an appointment the day before for Sunday @9am. And arrival early before the salon was open and waited for the doors to open. I told the stylist I made an appointment the day before. However, The stylist favor another customer and fast track that customer to her chair even tho I had scheduled an appointment the day before.

Once my hair washed and roll set dry, I took my rollers out myself... I had to wait to have my hair blow out and flat iron after that. In the meantime, the other staff member on site was on the phone and ignored that I was waiting. I finally left at 10:30 without getting my hair service completed. The lack of customer service and care totally lacking.

Also the staff member complained I took her parking space while shampooing my hair. I will never go there again.

Very low level skills. But, pleasant. Clear communication is unheard of. They stick to quick rough wash, rough comb out if you don't speak up, roller set, hot as hell drying, blow dry and flat iron. If your desperate, then go and allow your hair to be abused. If not desperate, then I implore you to take pride in learning to love and care for your own hair OR ELSE YOU WON'T HAVE ANY LEFT WHEN THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU.

I have been going there since I was a little girl and you would think that they would appreciate your service but they are rude and very unprofessional. They will not greet you at the door and will ignore you when you walk in. Please do not waste your money or time.

My mom Mimi took me here years ago (may she rest in peace). I absolutely love this place. My stylist is Raquel and my shampoo girl is Hilda. Hilda washes your hair like nobody's business and Raquel styles your hair to perfection. She is also good at waxing lip and brows. Excellent service and all the stylists are very nice, but my faves are Raquel and Hilda. See pic below. I had my hair done and went on the Ferry, wind blown and do was still gorgeous. Check them out! i wish i could give no stars to be honest. Went there to get my hair done for my senior pictures with a head full of hair and walked out with barely anything. They dont know how to do hair at all. The lady was too busy talking then to realize hot high the blow dryer was and burnt my hair to the roots. I had to cut all my hair off and if i could put pictures on here i would. People like that disgust me if you dont know what your doing dont open a salon, i loved my hair and now its all gone. It was my first time going and it sure will be my last
