Linh gave me a manicure. She was very attentive. The color I chose did not match the bottle once it was applied to my nails. Linh didn't wait for me to say anything, she took it upon herself to realize it was wrong and she fixed it. She was the perfect balance of small talk, but also being quiet so I could relax. This manicure lasted a month and I work with my hands all day so the polish and coatings they use are great. Picture is manicure at 3 weeks. While waiting for my turn I watched Linh interact with a young girl getting a pedicure. She definitely made it a fun experience for the little girl. I would recommend requesting her if you want to give your daughter a great spa day. I was a walk-in on the weekend. It was a decent wait time and they offered to give me a call when it was my turn so I could shop. This made the wait seem like no time at all.
Tony was absolutely amazing! Made my nails look so much better than Davi nails ever could do... And they're one of the very few salons that will still do nail art...♥️
Very comfortable space to be in. Workers are always kind and patient. I bring my 6 year old daughter in and she loves to pick the colors for her nails and to feel pampered. The younger woman who did my gel polish nails did great with the moon and star design I asked for. Also great prices!
Had to go back after 24 hours because my nail polish started falling off .. she fixed it for free, but yet again the black nail polish is falling off.. so much for Halloween nails. They look awful within less than a day. Not worth the $50 I paid..
Lynn is awesome! The last 2 times I've been in, she was busy so a guy there did my nails instead. My nail beds burnt as if they were on fire! He claimed it was because I hadn't had my nails done in awhile. I have been getting my nails done for years & they've never done that. My nails have been breaking off left & right as if they were press on. They were way too thin. -Autumn
I was really disappointed with my experience. I asked for dip nails. There were many spots not covered and before I could say anything, the technician was offering to do a different color. It was obvious that he knew they didn’t look great. At that point, I just wanted to leave, but I felt pressured to stay and have them redone. I asked for shellac the 2nd time. The results still weren’t great.. the process was painful. Although I don’t understand the employees language, it is easy to understand when people are talking about you. I felt embarrassed for having them redone and it was an uncomfortable environment. I don’t care too much about my nails bc they can always be redone.. I’m more upset about the customer service and atmosphere. It was not welcoming and overall not somewhere I want to go again.
Went and got my eyebrows done for the first time since covid started and the guy at foxy nails in the crossing completely ruined them. They are two completely different shapes and thicknesses. I will definitely NOT be back and I hope no one else goes there for that service either.
I like going to foxy nails to get my brows done. They usually do a really good job. Well shall I say... The young lady who usually does my brows, Does a wonderful job. All the employees there are really friendly. It's clean they wear masks ect... Well this last time that I got my brows done a young guy did it. I told him what I wanted. "Which is usually thin." He said NO!! ???? That they didn't go with my eyes. "WHAT!!" I always get him thin I'm 55 years old and that's just how I've always done it. He says "NO AGAIN" He refused to do my brows the way I like them. I'm very upset with this and I will never go there if he's going to do my brows again!! I even told him so. If I'm paying to have my brows done. I expect to have them done the way I want them.
