I live in the city and have always struggled to find a place where they make my nails and last the 2 weeks. They always chip on the 3rd or 4th day but not here.
May is AMAZING!! I love that my nails last so long!! The first time I did them with May (green) I can say I have to go back and did go back (gender reveal nails). Her work is AMAZING, just take a look at the pictures. The place is very well kept and very well presented. The owner and all the employees always make it very welcoming and they are very friendly. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place.
First time at 5 star nails, and the name speaks for itself! Got a cute designed full set of acrylics and got my eyebrows waxed. I appreciate being told the price (as I got multiple
design choices that are more $$) right when my technician sat me down. Good transparent communication! My technician was kind and did the job well, I love how my nails turned out! I’ll be coming again, thank you Ken!
I've come here before but today- I'm over it. Short version: I picked a perfect match color and it didn't match at all. My toes are brown and my nails are plum. The manager says I should have picked a different polish type (unapologetically, might I add). How would I know that if it is a "perfect match" AND purple and brown are two very different colors. I was too engrossed in my phone to notice. Crossing this place off my list. I won't be returning.
I started coming here recently and thought it was pretty good. That was until I tried soaking my nails off at home. I soaked them for 3 hours and they wouldn’t come off. Wasn’t until I went to a nail tech to get them removed where she told me they used MMA on my nails and caused one of my nails to turn green! Do not come here!
It was my first time here I called to make an appointment for a Saturday and the gentleman who answered the phone was nice. I arrived at 10am and was taken right away no wait. The gentleman who did my nails was good and took his time to make sure the nails came out great. I would return again.

Ripped off. Never had such a rushed pedicure in my life! Didn’t even scrub the nails or do the cuticles. Used the pumice for 5 seconds and my feet are as rough as when I came in and I expressed my main concern was getting my feet smooth. I never felt so ripped off for $30. I get people have bad days but then don’t do the pedicure. I will never return here
The worst set I have ever gotten. My nail tech was actually really nice and tried to do her best but for $43 this is not ok. The nails are extremely wide (wider then my own nail bed), they are super flared out at the tip like duck nails, and there is nail polish all over my cuticle and skin. The shape of the nail horrible. Will not be going back to this location.
