Loved the vibes and my barber was a stand up guy. His name is Barber Russo.He was fast but not too fast, and he communicated. I like how he asked me before he used the straight razor on me. My last barber did not. The straight razor make some people bump up. It was an overall somber experience.

Been a customer of Great Clips for a few years and met Chris through my job and I decided to finally say I need to go to a real barber and oh man what an awesome experience it was. Very respectful crew and overall a very smoothly ran business that is definitely worth the money and extremely professional. Thank you.

They told me how they don't really handle long hair, which I get after they explained it to me. They were nice about it and told me where I can go. I think it's a specialty what they do, and that's not a bad thing.

Russo is very friendly and attentive all the time. He makes me feel like home.

Russo is the man! I just moved to town here a few months ago and after 4-5 other places I tried I have settled in here. Dude cuts the best beard lines and his fades are tight. He really takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Russo!!

Amazing service as always with James. I’m always last minute when it comes to making appointments for the boys and he’s always accommodating. Always smiling and the energy in the shop is always welcoming. He always makes sure to communicate with me about the kids haircuts to a T. Super happy with the new spot that we found last month.

James is the first barber in Charlotte that cut my boys hair right. Always makes time for them and I'm usually last minute. He doesn't make a big deal about it and they're always happy when he's finished. He always ask me how I'd like their hair and is very descriptive when asking. First chair to the left.
