Not very nice at all. Dry hard chips & a soggy pie. Can’t be that hard to get right. And service was miserable. I never leave reviews but this place forced my hand.

Having a really good chippy close to one's home is one of those fundamental things that, in a small way, makes family life so much more satisfying. You would need to travel a very long way to beat the quality here.

This evening was my first visit. The shop couldn't be cleaner - a really good start. And the fish exquisitely cooked.

There is nothing worse than overcooked fish. The owner clearly is an expert. He told me that a light fluffy batter means that the fish can be cooked to perfection. And it was. Steve G

Very honest workers explaining how food is prepped and cooked. Only meets my dietary requirements on Tuesday (halal and gluten free). Will visit on a Tues and update my review ????
