Horrible service. Went in asked for white. Nails were lumpy and uneven. Went back because the white chipped and turned yellow. The lady tried to patch my nails leaving me with one white and the rest off white. I then said if you can’t make them all the same color please just remove the color and I will get my own nail polish desperate to cover the dirt left under my nails and only on my 3rd fill after a full set. I was told $10 to remove color. Upset that it was 3 days after they gave me a fill I walked out and was greeted by the manager at the side door who kindly told me she wanted the lady to fix my nails that they looked bad. I finally gave in and went back inside from the side door and the nail tech scratched my cheek ( not sure why). Embarrassed and accompanied by my two small daughters I was at least hopeful that this time I would get one shade of white, even and what I paid for. The nail tech removed the white and left me to go with no nail polish. The next day after painting my own nails one broke. Really upset, and a local that supports local business! Should have just said take them off and return my money! I will travel to Ukiah from now on…

Had a full acrylic almond shape fail nail set done by Sara! She is the best nail technician I have ever had I've been seeing her since 2018, she does the perfect shape and quicker than anyone else I know. Felt more than safe with all the precautions they have implemented due to COVID while still feeling pampered. To say I will be back is an understatement.

One of my best friends is 91 years old. I treated her to a manicure and pedicure at First Nails Spa. The manicurist was so professional and kind. She made my friend feel like a queen and even gave her a foot and hand massage too. All ten of her nails look awesome. Thank you Li for the excellent service.

I had the most relaxing pedicure and manicure. They were very friendly and made sure I could leave on time. I left feeling relexed and pampered.

Helen did a fantastic job with my stubby toes on my Fred Flintstone feet. Everyone there was kind and friendly. The woman getting a pedicure next to me was raving about the massage from Adam. If you’re in Willits this should be your go to place for pedicures!
