Paid for full service interior and exterior. They didn’t dry the exterior well wet spots were still in my windows. The interior wasn’t even touched there was still dust on my dashboard and spots of dirt on the drivers car door. There goes 16 dollars out the window. Horrible service.

I now have a mark on my 2 month old car that I can’t remove due to whatever they did. Not to mention all the spots they left uncleaned that I had to redo myself. Guess I will continue doing my own car wash. Pointless and a waste of money going here.

The worst car wash I've ever paid for. The top of my car wasn't washed, my windows were dirty, tires weren't cleaned and they left a dirty rag in my car.

Excelente servicio a mi si me gusto el lavado que me hicieron de hecho es en este lugar donde he pagado menos y mi carro ha quedado más limpio, lo recomiendo agradable personal.

I went and spend over 1 hr in line for an wash. They had 2 lanes. One lane with 2 employees vacuuming and the other lane was one employee vacuuming by him self. So the other line was moving so fast they were doing at least4 cars be time they other employee finished his side. When I finally got my turn waiting over 1 hr. I went in an asked why wouldn’t they not Alternate sides. The cashier said she can’t tell them what to do. So I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she said she didn’t know who the manager was. I will never spend my dollars at this car wash again

La verdad creo que si uno paga por un servicio independientemen si es economico o costoso este debe ser o por lo menos tratar de ser de calidad. Lo califico con 1 Estrella y si hubiera la posibilidad de poner 0 estrellas, lo haria. Acostrumbaba a llevar mis 2 carro y la verdad siempre quedaban o con los vidrios sucios o con rines sucios, este fin de semana fue la gota que derramo el vaso. Hable con el encargado de patio y le di la queja sobre lo mal lavado que habia quedado; la respuesta de el hombre fue "Ya lo limpiamos". La verdad, si el carro pasa por un proceso de lavado no tiene que limpiar, solo secar y detallar. Le dije que no queria eso, que me regresaran el dinero a lo cual el hombre en su inmensa sabiduaria como profesional en atención al cliente me dijo "SI TE REGRESO EL DINERO, NO TE QUIERO COMO CLIENTE" a lo cual le conteste: Tranquilo que a ese establecimiento no regresaria ni por lavado gratis... La verdad NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR, SOBRE TODO POR EL ENCARGADO DE PATIO, no tiene el minimo tacto para tratar al cliente que al fin y al cabo son la razon de ser de un establecimiento como este. En fin 0 estrellas de 5. No lo recomiendo...

So this place was great about 6 months ago. Now as I could see, they are not doing their job properly. I was very disappointed to go around my car and seeing my car wheels with dirty spots everywhere. The inside was also not done correctly. $31 is a bit high priced for me to have leave unhappy.

Let me start with the fact that the equipment has to be the most undated and old equipment I’ve ever seen. Rusty, old, if you look through the window you’ll see how aged this product is. My father use to come here when i was 6 and it’s the same. Nothing has changed. The waterfall at the end barely works and they used a garden hose to wash off the soap. The tunnel is disgusting, rusty, unclean and honestly i would never recommend someone come here.
