It's a really nice, clean store. They always have what I'm looking for, or something better. The only thing that sucks is the service. The people that work there do a pretty good job of hiding themselves behind the counter and in corners. I asked for help and the lady rolled her eyes at me. I then went to ask the lady at the counter for help and she ignored me. I was in the store for close to an hour and I did not get help until I got visibly upset. At no point while i was there were there more than 5 people in the store at a time, so it wasn't busy. If I didn't find the exact wig I wanted, then I would have went somewhere else.
My daughter and I frequent Feel Beauty. Usually we go to the one on Gun Hill Rd but we decided to give this one a look see. One thing I’ve noticed is many are next to a Dollar Tree which is awesome.
I must say, I thought this location was small. It’s a really nice sized store. It’s very clean and organized. I did notice the price on the L.A Girl Foundation was much higher than the Gun Hill store which makes me believe it’s a franchise. So, you may want to shop around to get lower prices.
I really appreciated not being followed around the store. It was a comfortable feel.

I’ve been a paying customer for years now but being racially profiled during Black History Month is extremely disappointing to me. I had already made my purchase but realized as I was leaving that they had locked the door to the entrance after I entered the store, I’m assuming due to concern I would steal. Will not be returning.
This female manger need to go she has the worst service ever. Now I see y all the other ladies left. She is very nasty n rude. The Asian woman manager
Absolutely horrible,
I came in to purchase a wig, the first day I was greeted by a very nice lady named Empress. She gave me some useful wig information. I came back the next to purchase the wig and was met with the nastiest lady, that I can only assume was the manager. She was rude and very dismissive to every customer that came in, even to her employees. I did not purchase that day and waited the next day to see the First Lady I had interactions with. Needless to say I purchased the wig from the First Lady but will not be going back into this particular feel beauty.
Big selection of beauty products. The staff is very helpful.
Lovely store! Empress was AWESOME! Very helpful and professional. She deserves a raise, a day off with pay, a free lunch...something!!!
Another employee there, an Asian woman with dark hair in a ponytail, I apologize I did not get her name, was very friendly too! Keep up the great work!
DO NOT shop in this store. I will never go back there again. I can't speak for the other reviews, but I found what I believe is one of the owners to be rude, disrespectful, and she behaved as if I was bothering her. This was the third time I have encountered her, and I was disappointed all three times in the level of service received. This lady needs a serious attitude adjustment, or she shouldn't work with the public. Also, I asked the sales lady a question, and she said that she did not know the answer, and that was the end of the discussion. Please go out of your way to avoid this store, such bad customer service does not deserve our business.
