I walked in to scheduled an appt and get some advice on concern I have on the Braid I wanted.. to my surprise they suggested if I'm available they can do it that same day which I accepted.. so excited I was getting my hair done same day ???? these ladies are fast, professional and they do Beautiful braids.. I was extremely pleased with the results highly recommend giving Fatou Hair Braiding a try they're work is Awesome..
If I can give this place 0 stars I would! It is a Very bad salon the workers are lazy and don’t do your hair correctly I went there because I had an appointment for faux locs and they did not want to do it and they tried to convince me of another hair style “that’s easier for Them but I did not want that I wanted my hair the way I came there for! So once they couldn’t change my mind they began doing my hair so so extremely tight - I ask them numerous of times to please not make it so tight but they would continue to make it unbearable for me on purpose. I think they were mad about the length I wanted!! - I would never ever recommend going here!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! more professional!! where the workers actually want to work and take pride in there work and have a better attitude
I always go here feeling anxious but Fatou has a way about talking me down. I started my locs here and they turned out amazing (honestly didn’t like them at first). Came back for a re-tie scheduled my appointment for the same day and received great service. I got a chance to study & get my hair done, win win. I will be going back.
Fast service and very polite
Eh...the girl I had was ok. I asked for singles crochet around the perimeter of my head and she said "It's not easy to do" but she was able to do it in the front so I don't understand why should couldn't do it in the back as well. Maybe I would go back and try a different lady but u felt like this one just didn't want to do the extra work

Fatou, Fatima & the Rest of these hard working ladies are always honest & upfront with you on style options and pricing. I am a happy repeat customer and I highly recommend.
I had an appointment for Fulani braids done and I really enjoyed my experience! I was serviced to pretty quickly and the braiding work is super neat and well done regardless of who was doing it and every member of the staff was extremely professional and I love the way my hair came out. Everyone was also really nice and had great customer service. I can see myself coming again in the future! :)
I use to come here all the time! Walk-ins and appointments. Usually have to wait a bit but didn’t usually mind. But today was too much. I had an 11:30am appointment. Walked in and said good morning not a single person spoke to me! Sat down and waited 2hrs and decided to walk out! I wasn’t rude about it but guess what… that’s when someone finally decided to speak. 2 hrs wait without someone acknowledging me or even telling me they’re running behind is disrespectful to someone’s time. I’m using my time and spending money for a service. It’s sad because they do great work for the most part. Unfortunately, this was it for me though.
