Nice, Friendly,Clean environment
Loved the service, Beautiful job on my granddaughter's "Goddess Braids"!
For many reasons, I will not be returning to this location. I’m speaking for all the women that attended the salon that day for service that was frustrated as I was. It’s not professional at all. Time management needs EXTRA improvement! Staff should be considerate of clients time as well as their own. Do not attend this location if you don’t have the patience for access breaks in between your choice of service for whatever desired style. I also understand times are hard and the children have to come with you to work...but you can’t manage to do both. The children were everywhere not listening to parents it was embarrassing to see and too much going on for it to be a salon setting of comfort to enjoy getting your hair done. The constant stopping for trying to change the tv for films, unnecessary. Focus on finishing my hair so I can go!!
If you tell a client to be there at a certain time for service... you as the stylist should be there on time and then you turn around and ask me to get out the chair so you can service a “regular” that did not make an appointment she just walked in and thought she would be service. NOT, to me, that was extremely disrespectful because I’m paying my hard-earned money just like everyone else and you thought I would get up? Hell no and because of that you starting braiding my hair tighter out of frustration. Like so petty, you work for the owner ma’am and let’s not forget how you were two hours late pass the appointment time I was given by the owner! You had the nerve to want to stop my service for another client that didn’t book at all... bullsh-t. People please read these reviews especially RECENT REVIEWS before attending any salon regardless of who referred you. The owner is a sweetheart but a lot of things needs to improve for the betterment of this salon location. The owner should reconsider the women on her staffing team. Especially the one who serviced
me. Late, Disrespectful and inconsiderate. I hate that I was even referred to coming to you guys. I wish you well, but never again.
Love love love this salon!Five star all the way.Fatima does not disappoint .Well mannered ,hair in fleek.Excellent customer service!
I recommend this salon. I just got knotless braids it came out gorgeous. All the sisters remind me of my family, when we get together helping each other and having conversations amongst one another. Time was well worth the hours it took to finish. You can tell they love their work to be nice and neat ♥️. A lot of reviews complain about minor issues like time which is worth it. And the children which I encountered today and loved the experience of seeing a hard working mom multitasking while still meeting her clients needs. My braider was wonderful I’m going to call her Miss.M (because I don’t wont to misspell her name) she pulled through all those hours with all my hair without taking a break ????????. So again thank you sistas for your service.
If you looking for clean, long lasting braids, this is the place! That's what I call the magic African touch! They will take their time on your hair even if that means finishing late for them, you ARE the priority when you come to Fatima's hair salon. Just trust the process, you won't be disappointed at all
Very great experience, and is also fast and neat they are very friendly and amazing
My main issue with this salon is the lack of professionalism and respect of their clients time. Past two times I've had an appointment yet had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes after my scheduled time for Fatima to arrive to the shop. Today, I had an appointment at 9:00 am after waiting 45 minutes in the parking lot I finally called only to find out that she was working on someone else's hair and forgot about the appointment I scheduled last week. This was strike three for me, I simply went to a reputable salon and gave them the money intended for Fatima. The new salon was punctual, friendly, did beautiful work, and had me out in half the time, turned out to be a win/win for me after all.
I called a day before to schedule an appointment with them , it was my first time going and as soon as I got there they had the door locked and watched me stand outside until they finally unlocked the door, that was strike #1! I finally walked inside and it was two people working on clients , she asked me what I was getting and if I had an appointment, I told her yes. Then I waited there for a good 15 minutes to be told to come back a different time because the braided wasn’t there, I feel like that wasn’t my fault and when I called you should’ve told me a later time than 9:00 am if you knew the braider doesn’t work that early! Never again will I waste my time coming here.
