Service was professional, neat and fast! Appt was at 11:30 and she was home by 3. My daughter loved her braids

What I love most is that I was able to get in and out! Had an appointment and within about 30 min my two braids were done! It’s been a week and my style still looks like I just got my hair done!

Great experience - clean, convenient, friendly and efficient staff. I got mid-back length, medium knotless braids and was out in a little over 2 hrs. Always a plus when hair is provided, too. I'll be back!

Already to a bad start...I called the Friday before the appointment to be told to come at 6:50am. I explained to Fati I work 16hr days and needed to ensure that I am out of the salon in 6hr for work. It was agreed. In confirming the appointment I was asked to come 10min earlier and Fati was informed I am coming from Baltimore City all the way here. Since I moved out there 6 years ago It's been awhile since my last visit to Fati. It is now 7am with 4hr barely of sleep, driving for an hour to.get here and there is no one here. I call Fati on my arrival and greeted with exasperation as if she is the one inconvenienced...im.now.looking for.another shop I can go to this morning. I unfortunately I lost an hour but found another place near by. People should respect each others time.

The location is kind of hidden but besides that I really liked their efficiency when I got there, I didn't wait long at all. Bonus I didn't have to bring hair, hair is provided and I was blessed they took me the same day I called. I was literally in and out in 2 1/2 hrs. Konte (hair braider) was very kind and I liked how she asked me if I liked the size of my braid before proceeding to do my whole head. I would definitely recommend! Great pricing, waiting time wasn't long at all, efficient in getting your hair done in a timely manner and hair is provided! Great Place!

I showed up at 5:35pm for a weave, and I was done at 7pm on the nose! Exceptional service and friendly stylists. My hair is long and think, but I wanted a full weave of wet and wavy for my beach vacation. I will definitely be back! FIVE YEARS LATER..I went today Feb. 25th 2023, to have my knotless braids done, and am very disappointed. I called about getting small braids but when I arrived this morning I was told they only do small during the week. My stylist and the owner started arguing in front of me, to the point I really didn't want that energy touching my scalp. I ended up staying and letting the lady do my braids. What a disappointment. She brushed down my 'baby hairs' with some goo in a yellow jar, and now my edges are all white. Not to mention the braids are so large I look bald at the top. I was giving the shop another try after the last time I came during the pandemic, the stylist braided my mask onto my face! Ugh. The quality has really gone down since they moved to their new spot, and I have been coming to the shop for over 12 years. So upset I now have to find new braiders. And I still tipped for the time, but never again.
