I went to do a nail service. When I saw my nails at home I realized that they are super bad, my nails are not properly covered with acrylic or false nails. They are all of different sizes, I have acrylic in my cuticle. I have holes where the acrylic is poorly distributed. These are dates that are very busy but I paid 115 plus 20 dls of tip for a good job and the result in detail was not to my liking at all

Sophia did my pedi and was very neat with the shaping and polish. I only put 4 stars because it’s expensive in my opinion or I’m just not used to $46 for a basic gel pedi. I had a good experience and would recommend going to Sophia if you want a nice pedi.

Terrible. I asked to have my dip powder removed and a regular mani pedi. Yes, of course I was told and directed to a table. I told the tech what I wanted unless they had dip powder. Oh yes, she said. So we soaked the old powder and I picked the color. Then I get the “ you pay now bit.” My first mistake.

Then she starts uncapping a gel polish. I said not gel. Dip. After a conversation with someone else she said they don’t do dip. She started with the gel polish on its own and it was awful. I told her we needed another color. She ignored me.

I asked about my pedicure. “ oh, you wanted a pedicure?” Yes. But I didn’t want to spend another hour in there.

No, I didn’t complain or make a scene. Even after paying for a gel instead of the manicure I got.

Tomorrow I have to go elsewhere to have this horrible polish changed and get the pedicure I asked for. I won’t be back here ever.

Tony is one of the best nail technicians. All of them are great.

The reviews of this place almost scared me off but I’m glad I decided to try it on my own. I had a very positive experience. It’s been almost 2 weeks since and my nails are still intact. Shrayla(proper wrong spelling) did my nails and we had a ball. She’s funny and good at her job. The women here are also very impressive I ddnt give them 5 stars because they have storage issues which I think they can fix. Things are just everywhere

After arriving upon opening, I was told there would be a half an hour wait, which is fine. Then was told there was a 20 minute wait....ok, fine. Then returned to see all clients seated and even saw someone walk in and get seated before me. Saw their schedule book with no appointments set and when I asked nicely if I'd be seated soon I was told the nail tech was "almost finished"....he was still on the sculpting phase with his client.

TLDR; this place is a joke and has mostly always been a joke. I've excused nail techs getting up during my appointment to finish another client's nails, I've excused the insufficient, yet very expensive pedicures...I have excused unfinished shaping and inattentive unprofessionalism. I will excuse nothing more. I suggest you find another place.

Update: Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nails applied with zero care for longevity. First nail cracks within a week. Got a fill immediately and three cracked the first day. Honestly they should just give up.

Edit: Note: Most of the artists and service of this salon are very nice. But I had a problem with a specific nail artist.

I decided to come to this salon to get my nails done before going back to my home city. I am extremely busy so I asked them to simply remove my acrylics and put regular nail polish. No gel, nothing fancy, nothing, since I don’t have much time to go to the salon normally. My artist was very nice with me at first, “happy new year” and all, and speaking with me.

Then she insisted and insisted that I get gel, maybe 7 times. I kept saying that is not what I want, I don’t care if it is “better for me”, that is not the service I asked for. But I was being so kind to her. Regardless, she started doing gel on me. I didn’t notice it was the gel base until she pulled the machine out. I said “wait, I said I want regular nail polish, not gel” and she got upset and said she already started the process. Sighing and upset she wiped it off. Since I was about to get wet polish, I then had to pay there before she did it.

I was raised to always at least hand a small tip, and give more if you liked the service. I handed her a small cash tip after the initial $25, even after her misunderstanding, and she threw it back at me upset.

She threw the tip back at me and nodded her head, didn’t even say “I don’t want it, thank you.” She did not speak to me for the rest of the process. I am very soft-toned and kind to people so I was absolutely shocked and almost cried because I didn’t know how to react when someone was treating me this way.

At the very least they did my regular nail polish nicely after throwing the tip back at me.

Very professional and so affordable. Jenny is the best. My regular manicure lasted 11 days
