The best salon in Fort Myers!! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their clients. The prices I always do my hair with Coco she’s absolutely the best. Love her.
On weekends you should always have enough staff to accommodate clients. Walk-ins come in all the time. The salon closes at 6:00pm. I came at 4:15pm. There's no reason that I should be turned away for service. I drove 45 minutes to get my hair done and was turned away. That shouldn't have happened. But I won't return. So be it! Thanks for the inconvenience. Y'all aren't about real business when you don't have the right amount of staff on the weekend. That's the busiest time of the week! 1+1=2... hello!
Great place and friendly atmosphere! Luchi and her staff worked on my hair I’ve been coming to this salon for years. Recently I had my hair colored, her amazing staff transformed my hair! It’s very hard to find hair salons that cares about your hair and puts quality time on your hair. I recommend Fanny Hair Salon for blowouts, treatments on your hair for growth, cutting, permanently colors and more. My advice to anyone when going to a Hair Salon. You need to be honest with the hairstylist’s. This is why they ask many questions, the hairstylist can’t do miracles with your hair if you know your hair is already damage from somewhere else.. I highly recommend this place. I love Rosa, she’s the one that assist with washing your hair. Overall Luchi’ s staff all of them are Amazing!!!! I wanted to make sure I posted this because of the previous negatives post. Believe me you won’t leave disappointed!
I called to make an appointment for a shampoo and blow dry and I was taken aback by the fact that you have to pay a deposit and you don’t know how much the service is before hand.
The mere fact that she said the price will depend on the length and TEXTURE of your hair blows me. This is literally the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. My service charge is dependent upon my hair type? Sounds like an easy way to overcharge people especially if they have 4c hair( traditionally black Afro centric hair)
They are nothing but professional thieves a blow dry they charged me 85$ she told me it was 75$ and she charged 85$ in the check out . Don’t go there if you want great services
They claimed to use heat protectant but SEVERELY damaged my natural hair that I have been growing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE AFRO/KINKY HAIR! The damage to my hair is irreversible and that hurts. I have been caring for my natural hair for the last 10 years and it only took 1 visit to destroy my hair to this extent. Now I have to cut all of my hair off and it PAINS me to have to do so. Your better off going somewhere else. Please see the images of my hair that I have attached.

I have been going here for years. Although Fanny is a sweetheart her staff is very unprofessional. The person doing my hair was making rude comments about my hair ends because Fanny bleached them last year. I only wanted gold highlights but they were bleached blonde instead so I've been growing it out for the past year. An error on the salon behalf but they are dried. The staff was also making rude comments in Spanish " How am I gonna work with this?" And making it a laughing matter when I declined her to cut it. Very rude. Very unprofessional and she overcharged me. I always say I will never go here again because of how unprofessional they are. Make the trip to Milo's in Cape Coral. They treat you like family and the Quality is way better for the price. Trust me!
**** I will say that even with the unprofessional rude treatment, the Botox touch up treatment she did looks amazing, even though I'm upset she was yanking and burning my hair in anger while blow drying because I refused rollers. The end results was beautiful. Just not worth the rude, unprofessional treatment
