For the most part the nail techs are nice and friendly, there are a couple that seem like they don't want to be there at times. The man and woman that do the pedicures need to go to customer service training because they are rude and don't communicate what is going on. They paint toes too thick. It would be a excellent place if they improved on that.

Sometimes i come and they do fine , but They are very rude and they rush.. I asked her to fix my thumb twice. I ended up just leaving because she wouldn’t just slow down and do it right.

Pedicure wasn't all that for the price. But my nails were done nice and they last for 3 weeks before they need a fill! Lee is the best worker there!

I went for a pedicure. But before the process started, I told the man that I had a ingrown toenail. During the whole time he was rough with my sore toe, holding it too hard, pressing on it, and digging in it. He never tried to get the toenail out. He said it would start to bleed, AFTER HE HAD ALREADY MADE MY TOENAIL BLEED! I asked him can he get it out since he already had me bleeding & he said no & kept trying to put the nail polish on. If he couldn’t do it, he should have said that BEFORE HE STARTED.

My daughter and I have gone here several times and every time they are rude!!! We've dealt with their pushy attitudes because we're new to the area and they do okay work. Today I was told I wasn't aloud to see the nail decals they had to choose from. They told me no when I pointed to what I wanted to see even though I wanted to pay to have it on my nails. They said they have too many to let me look at any. The man snatched my hand when I questioned him. I left and we won't return. There are far better places to get your nails done, it's not worth it trust me.

I had an excellent experience here. They got me in and out quickly and did a beautiful job. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and she matched it beautifully!!

The service from the women are poor. The men does a better job. I was charged 75 dollars just for regular polish on nail and toes. And the older lady is rude as hell. And they thu k they can snatched on you like your some type of anused child. I will not go back there. I've noticed when the guys gave me that same service it was 45 dollars. Go back again and the female does it. 65 dollars. Now ay. I have a strong dislike for thY business

First they only had like 5 people working in there so they rushed everything. The older man that did my pedicure rushed and did my pedicure in like 5 mins. It was the fastest pedicure I ever had!

The guy that did my nails was ignoring what I said, I told him I wanted pink acrylic powder andi he said they didn’t have it and I would have to get gel or polish so I chose polish. Then I look over and see the nail tech beside me using the pink acrylic powder I asked for! When I called it to his attention, he said it was “too late”. I was so annoyed that I asked him to take the polish off and I left and had to go to another nail shop for them to fix it. I will never go back here again!! Would’ve gave 0 stars if I could’ve.
