These people would follow you home if they could! And it’s only their black customers they watch so hard. I literally refuse to give them a penny cause on multiple occasions I was followed around the store and watched closely. I was right infront of the counter looking at lipgloss and the lady behind the counter was leaning over to watch my hands! KC beauty is a way better option!

They sell products that are not true to the display! I went to this establishment to purchase “quality bundles” I spent over 100.00 however what I got was thin and I had to add to add old hair to achieve the look I wanted. The cashier ignored me and was unfriendly. I was warned but did not take heed. I’m doing this to help the next person. If your looking for both quality and quantity do NOT purchase here!

These people do not value their customers! They are not friendly and only come from behind the counter to watch you shop. My 12 year old son was being followed because he had his hands in his pocket inside the store. It’s sad that I had to make that a teaching moment for my innocent child who was only there because I needed products.KC1 Beauty is a much friendlier establishment and they actually come from behind the counter to assist their customers. Fancy Beauty needs to be removed from our community. They don’t care about us when we are the ones keeping them in business! If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Not all black people steal!

This place is not friendly. Don’t run an ethnic-focused business if you’re not going to be friendly towards us. The woman that rang me up was nice but the man isn’t friendly at all. Lucky for them, I needed this hair last minute but I know next time to go elsewhere. Cause I don’t beg ppl to take my $.

Went here spent over $50 for hair and other hair products. I open one pack of the hair and realize I bought the wrong hair, took back the two that were not open with my receipt the lady had the nerve to say she can only refund one of the pack, because the other pack was open. I did not open that pack of hair. She proctically call me a liar, very unprofessional. I won't stop here I will be contacting the BBB. DON'T SPEND A DIME HERE.

It’s not cool to be followed while shopping! All black people do not steal! All people do not steal. I am absolutely disgusted! Never in my life growing up in the suburbs have I experienced being followed! Unfortunately, you followed the wrong person with a media background. I will most definitely inform many people about my experience!

I didn't hate this place, it's just that the customer service stinks. The people there are not friendly and could care less if you purchase something or not. The only reason I go there because it was convenient and was on the way to another destination.

the owner(s) are rude and will not help you in the slightest. their employees however, are smart and helpful women that are always respectful and always willing to assist. if the only person available to help is the ‘owner’ turn around and come back when one of the employees comes back from break
