I’ve only ever had my nails done twice in my life and both times, I’ve gotten them done here; and I have to admit, I’m beyond satisfied with the results. I’ve had my nails done by the same man (Ron, I believe his name is) and he’s really quick and precise. They look so similar to the reference photos! When I went in to get my nails done for my graduation, I was excited to see he’d be the one to do my nails again. Definitely will be going back and I hope I continue to have him as my nail tech every visit. Thank you, Ron (:
Only if I could give them zero Star I’m never the type of person to leave a negative review this place is a waste of money nails was done poorly unprofessional I could have done that myself at home. I will never go back to this place again I’m so unhappy with my nails. She didn’t even take her time.
I went on Saturday just to get my nails painted. To my surprise, I was charged $28. Just to paint my nails, really???? So, on Monday, I noticed the gel polish was lifting, and some had peeled off. I went back on Tuesday to have them redone and was charged AGAIN!!! This time, she charged me $40. So, I paid over $80, including tips, to have my nails painted. What a rip-off!!!!!
BEWARE. I got acrylic nails. Within 3 weeks all my nails were gone and my real nail lifted. I went to the nail lounge in fort myers and it cost me $30 and it took the nail tech almost 2 hours just to have them removed. It was a painful process. My real nails have all broken off. I was in severe pain and crying. I couldn’t even change my baby’s diaper and was physically impaired for 3 days (until I had them removed). I believe they use an illegal product called MMA and I had a severe allergic reaction. On top of that I almost passed out while the very rude tech applied the acrylic. Which is a side effect of mma. I have just been educated on this. Please stay away from this shop it can be a threat to your health. The nail tech who took the nails off done at this shop said they have never seen a full set so thick , and so damaged at only 3 weeks (the normal time of a fill).
I go and see Lily every month or so and I won't go for anybody but her she always does a beautiful job on my nails most of the girls and guys in there do really really good jobs I won't go anywhere else
At first they take their time doing your nails but lately they rush and won't do your nails they way you ask. 3 stars because when you have an appointment they're there and you won't have to wait
I came to this place yesterday to get a pedicure and it was going good at first but then she started being rough and trying to finish fast as if she didn’t know what she was doing but remembered some parts. I told her it started to hurt and she said i’m sorry. Proceeded to do it slow then try doing it fast again. I continue to let her do it because I assumed she knew what she was doing since it is her job. Then she ended up using the cuticle cutter incorrectly. I know this because i’ve had pedicure appointments. She ended up cutting my skin under my big toe. I told her it was hurting again and she told me it’s fine. She started nail polishing my toes and she used nail polish remover. She did it under my nail where she was cutting my skin with the cuticle cutter. I moved my feet quickly because it burned and told her to stop because it hurt. They came and started talking to her and idk what happened but another guy ended up finishing my toes. My toes came out looking ugly and crooked. The nail polish was also very bumping 0/10 do not recommend. She also told me I shouldn’t have done my nails because they were too short. I am very disappointed in my customer experience there. I don’t come here often either.
Horrible!! i was so excited to get my nails done! but turns out the lady who was doing my nails can’t even draw a star on my nail! she was very aggressive with my hands and didn’t make the stars correctly there were bugs EVERYWHERE since the door was wide open i will never be going here again i don’t recommend it there at all either!
