I have Been going to them alil over a year now. Great customer service, Samuel is always very welcoming and knowledgeable. He remembers what kind of cut I want each time I’m in there. The rest of the team is friendly and courteous and engaging in conversations. The sodas at the end of my cut are a extra bonus as well. Highly recommend this team.
Definitely not a good shop. I expect they probably do great with short hair, but are awful with long hair. If you have long hair and come here, you are going to leave with short hair. I confirmed with the barber 3 times that he wouldn't take more than a half inch off. He took off at least 4 inches probably 5. He did not even remotely try to follow the style I expressly told him to. I am now stuck with a bad haircut and just lost 4 months of hair growth. Look somewhere else. I could've gotten a better cut at Great Clips. Awful.
Honestly they have good reviews however I had a different experience. I went in for an 11:30am appointment with hector. He was with a client running a little late, that's fine. Then it kept going, come 12pm I left as his 12pm appointment walked in. Very unprofessional to allow appointments and keep them waiting half an hour after their appointment to be seen. I won't be returning, I hope others have a better experience!
Edit to response: I wasn't looking for a 10 min haircut, I just think it's unreasonable to have a customer wait 30 mins after their appointment time to be seen. I understand running late, but maybe notify the customer ahead of time so they don't waste time waiting past their scheduled time.
Eli's been cutting my hair for a year now and is an outstanding barber and a very nice guy. He knows how to make the cut according to my description and really cares about getting it right. Thanks Eli, you are very much appreciated! Samuel is also very talented and super cool. Fun atmosphere, great looking shop and always clean. If you're looking for a great cut you gotta check this place out! Highly recommended!
I tried to go in today(01/22/23) as a walk-in cuz Google showed its not busy. So I drove there and asked if I had a appt which I didn't at didn't even know I had the option to set one. But was told they were busy amd couldn't get me in today. Didn't even try any other options. Clearly I would have waited cuz it's a barber shop. Def won't go back to even try them out. Felt like they didn't care and were rude about it.
This is favorite barber shop and I still go here even after moving to Mesa. Zai is an excellent barber and has a great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Awesome barber shop. They take their time to make sure that the customers get a great cut. There's a brotherhood vibe in this shop. Highly recommend. Make sure you make an appointment but they do take walkins too.
