I don’t have the best looking hands, but I showed them the photo on the left and they helped me find the color and it was accurate if I do say so myself. I ended up doing a pedicure too. The staff are very nice. Great first time experience. Will be coming back.

I had a very bad experience at Fabulous Nails in Novi. I went there to change my gel polish and they burnt my fingers. One of the employees put gel remover on my nails, wrapped them with aluminum foil, set a heater in front of my hands and let me at his station by myself. When I felt that it was very hot and started feeling pain on my fingers I removed the aluminum foil, which was very hot. When the employee came back I showed him my fingers. They were red and the skin was opened in some areas. He ignored what happened on my fingers and became very mad because the pieces of aluminum foil were on the floor. He started yelling at me and in a very aggressive way told me that I had to pick up the pieces of aluminum foil. Then he opened the door and said “get out of here lady”.

My daughter had her eyebrows waxed there a few days ago. She's beside herself. She is burned above her eyebrows & on lids. Had her nails done & had one bleed & never let her wash hands. So disappointed!! ... Just making others aware.

Best nails I have ever gotten! The salon is very clean and they have lots of color options.

love the pedicures here, they are amazing. got a full set, they were a little over priced and the customer service could use a little work, I felt like i was a inconvenience, and my request was annoying him.

There was me and 2 other girls that went in for a full set and pedicures for my wedding on June 17th and my full set is already chipping away at the cuticles which started on the 19th and my nails feel so bumpy and some are still sharp, one girls hands were 2 different shades of color, and for my pedicure they used Gel which has now started to peel off after they told me to get Gel polish cause it would last a whole month and it wasn't even a week and started peeling completely off my toes. After paying $350.00 with tips I am not very pleased and felt like a burden. Their customer service skills need improving along with their services and prices they charge for not so good services

Pricey. Painted GFs nails wrong color and didn’t offer any resolution. Mediocre experience.

Had a full set done Thursday July 22nd, it’s now Tuesday July 28th and I have lost a nail, after paying $75 for a full set plus a $10 tip, I would have hoped they lasted at least 2 weeks. I’m not hard on my nails, I’m a stay at home mom & was in the hospital giving birth on the 25th so definitely nothing extreme for them to be worn & falling off… other than that, the people super nice, and clean environment. Quality of the work on the other hand… iffy.
