The lady that works here is too unsanitary, she went from counting the money in the register straight to doing someone’s eyebrows. She does not wear gloves, wash, or sanitize her hands and she is way too touchy, I don’t see why she needs to literally brush her hands all over the top of someone’s face, it’s gross. Who knows the last time she washed her hands.
This place was amazing! I’ve been going to her for 7 years and my mother has been going to her for 10 we love her service for eyebrow threading & henna. Her name is Shova she’s been doing an amazing job I wouldn’t recommend going no where else! Customer service 10/10 must go see her!!!
This was my first time getting my eyebrows thread in this area and to say they did an awesome job !! I was so happy because my eyebrows are kinda thin and she did them perfect. She was so kind❤️. Most definitely coming back and recommending this place to others.
Ms.Shova ,has great customer service love the way she works but the place need to work no heat conditioning .
I needed to do lashes today, waited for 30mins. When I told her I want it ticket she said $60 and I was ok to pay, she later said she can’t do it because it will much time. I don’t understand why she said $60 at first when she knows she can’t do it. This so unprofessional.
I have been seeing Shova for more than 5 years when they were in the center of the mall. Now the store has their own shop which I am happy for them. My eyebrows always look great. She sweet and patient and makes you have a wonderful experience. They have also just started doing lashes which I love. I recommend you all to go.
I've been coming here for years, I mean forever!!! once I've discovered threading with them i tried other threading places like twice at different malls, its not the same. ever since, I've been coming to them religiously. I moved to Damascus and I would still make my trip to greenbelt just for them, I'll rather go 3 months without getting my eye brows done before I let some one else touch them.
Highly recommend this place. I love them , they have become family. They are so welcoming!! I love you ladies!! Dont ever leave here. I don't know what I'll do with out you. ????
