I love my hair every time. Esther and her team is so friendly clean and no long wait.
There's not a long wait and they Were able to detangle my hair without a whole lot of pain. I have chorus here I have been going natural for 7 years. My hair always comes out nice however I can only get my hair done once every other month if I don't want it to burn out. As with all Dominican salons the blow dryer is 200ﾟ plus so if you can't stand the heat stay out of the kitchen But I do like this salon it is local and convenient My hair is always shiny and lustrous.
horrible. the ladies who did my hair were so rude! they didn’t speak english so i tried my best to go with what they were doing. one lady pulled on my head so hard that i slightly moved, then she shoved my shoulder as if she knew me. she’s a stranger harassing me. i literally moved an inch. the hair didn’t even come out nice! today, there were only two women working. none of the two understood english whatsoever. so they were talking to me in their language with an attitude and i sat there looking so confused. again, they were extremely rude and i don’t recommend this place to anyone. Also, some sweet lady came in and tried to communicate with the women who was washing my hair, and they women just spoke in her language and signaled the sweet lady to the other working women and the other working women just spoke in her language again. this caused the sweet lady to leave without getting her hair done. poor lady. if i could rate this place zero stars, i would. they have no manners and are so rude. don’t put your hands on me if you don’t know who i am.
Been going here since I was 8 years old and it's always felt like home when I walked in! They have the best shampoo ladies always! An amazing deep conditioner that leaves your hair feeling soft and moisturized and the styles have always been on point and they last a good amount of time special thanks to my girl Esther!
Momma is simply the best. I've been going off on on for years. Don't go to just get your hair blown out tho. Let her do more. Let her take care of your hair. My daughter hair was really damaged from the summer. Each year she brings it right back. Only person I trust with scissors and our hair.
My daughter and I went. My daughter was happy with the woman that washed her hair, the woman that washed mine didn't do so good. The water was cold, and she kept it cold even after I asked her to warm it up. She only washed the front of my head, and I had to keep giving her direction. She tried detangling my 4c hair from root to tip, which irritated me, and doesn't work. I asked for a deep conditioner, which she ignored, although she said ok, I guess that was a language barrier. The woman that did my daughter's hair cut her hair instead of trimming it, and her straight style didn't last the commute from the shop to our home, which is a 5 minute drive. The woman that did my hair is extremely heavy handed. My curls didn't last the commute home, and my hair is dry as hell. I paid 110$ for the two of us, I would not recommend this shop, nor will we return.
