I walked in on off the street and was greeted by Heidi. She was very accommodating. Heidi was happy to do both a Pedicure and French nail dip for me on the spot. She took her time and was detail oriented. They came out beautifully. I will definitely go back

I went to visit Essence as a drive by, walk in client. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Angel was my nail technician and how lucky was I! She took her time on my nails, made my cuticles disappear and I left with a REGULAR manicure that lasted just about 10 days with zero chips. Blown away!

This is the absolute WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. I will NEVER go back! The person that did my nails was rude and unprofessional. I requested a fill and French manicure she only put one coat of white for the tip and when I asked for a second coat she got upset and said it looks good, and I had to tell her no I would like a second coat and finally she put another on with an attitude. You can tell that they favor their regulars and give them a different service than people that have never been there before which in my opinion is not right. She was also going extremely fast and in the process of cutting my nails down buffed the skin on my finger. The icing on the cake was as soon as I got home one of my nails chipped. When I go to get my nails done and drop a decent amount of money I expect certain things and this place was horrible. If I could less than one star I would. NEVER AGAIN!

This is the first time we have visited this salon, and they were so sweet and accommodating to my daughters and I. Their work was beautiful, salon was charming and relaxing. I’ve visited other places in the greater Salisbury area, but this was my favorite so far. We will be back!

Got a french manicure on Sat, and by Sunday, my nails were already peeling off. She didn't give me a hand massage like other salons do. I was disappointed. Just my opinion.

They were able to book a prompt appointment for myself and my daughter the next day. The

salon is clean and bright, staff were all friendly and smiling. The male employee, ? Owner, did the most meticulous paint job on my toes I’ve ever had! My daughter was pleased with her full set as well. Will return for more services in the future. Thank you

Made a last minute appointment at a new place. I found them very accommodating on my short notice. I was super happy with the results of my nails. I've been going to different shops because I've been disappointed with the outcome of what should be consistency at other salons. My nails came out great! So much so, that I made a second appointment to go back. It's pretty far from here travel to get my nails done, but having a friend living in the area and finding errands to do nearby make it worthwhile!

Good places. Made a reservation here for 5 of us well on vacation in the area. Got us right in at 10am opening. Very nice. A gentleman did my nails. Great job, wonderful leg massage. Not much language barrier chatter. Very responsive and attentive. Will definitely be back next year well on vacation.
