DO NOT GO HERE! I was looking for nail salons on a Saturday in my neighborhood and ended up here. Boyyyy I should’ve walked out when the owner told me to sit at seat 6 and didn’t want to do my nails. First of all, the prices are vague. I asked her for the exact price before I sat down and she said $45 and I said for short nails?!?!?!? That’s when she changed it to $40. She pushed me onto another nail tech who barely had experience ! First of all, she was rough and on top of that her equipment was cheap and it left sores around my fingers. The Polish I chose was a deep blue but the color on my nails were a deep purple. Another nail tech was literally assisting her in doing my nails. The only reason why I knew her equipment was cheap because she said she got it from AliExpress. My whole experience was so bad ! I still tipped the girl because she provided a service but I will not come back ! This place should be shut down. They are not following COVID precautions. They don’t make you wash your hands before sitting down. I should’ve knew when I came in on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy that something was off. Don’t waste your money here !!!!!!
Quite salon, friendly techs, convenient location. I only rate 4/5 because the lines of my French pedicure were a bit sloppy and the lady did not do designs. However she did make effort to clean them as well as other special requests. I will give this place another go
My goodness, where do I start?! If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I've been getting acrylic full sets for over 20+ years. This is the first and only absolute terrible experience I've ever had! They are under staffed, so I had to wait 30+ minutes on a Sunday even when the shop was not crowded. When I am finally called to be serviced.... JUST HORRIFIC! All I wanted was a simple fill-in. The red head Asian who serviced me started off by drilling my nail and SKIN! She ask me to relax my hand- but you can imagine how someone would become naturally tense as the skin of their finger is being drilled off! Then she could not properly match the color for my fill-in, she also did not know how to properly lay the acrylic. She starts off with THICK amounts of acrylic.. making my nail acrylic become chunky and sloppy. Then she attempts to wipe it off... LOL! I'm naturally a patient person and full of grace... But after wasting 30+ minutes of her erasing and correcting.... I said "If she cannot do my nails or anyone else, let me know so I can go". At this point, I am in tears out of frustration. Michelle finally steps in and with a quick rush, salvages what is left of my nails. Overall 0/10.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Majority of the techs are not well trained and I'm sure not LICENSED! Please save your tears and don't waste your time sis.
Everytime I come to this location it’s always a issue with the owner I came to do my eyebrows and lashes and sat here for 30 mins for her to come back and do them.
I've been here a few times because it's the closest to my house. So it's the most convenient. But let me tell you this last time will keep me coming back every month. Nathan is amazing!!!!!!!! Usually for some reason after a week and a half my acrylics are lifting iand on week number 3 and they are still perfect. I haven't been able to get in there cause of work. But I'm off next week and Nathan will be seeing me again! Lol Absolutely love it!
This place is a mess dirty and the owners are unprofessional. The nail tech had no idea what she was doing literally had my toe nails bleeding I have cuts every where a week after I had the gel set the nail polish came off . The techs were having a personal conversation in front of me she’ll stopped to keep talking to her coworker. Did I mentioned how rude the lady owner was to her clients ? Never again
Do not go here! This place is dirty, unprofessional and do not do a good job. They rushed through my nails, didn’t shape my nails properly but charged me for it. The tech was watching Netflix and rushing through my nails. The polish job was not that good either. I will never come back. She had her young son running credit cards and he kept interrupting the service to kiss the tech on the lips.
The countertops looked as if they never are wiped down with old nails from other people.
Worse mail service I have ever had
The1 star is for the ladies doing the pedicures. The shop owner nor any Asians that wish in the store give pedicures. They do waxes and eyebrows. The prices are high $76 - $90 for nails and toes. The woman owner is rude and disrespectful. She doesn't great customers just says, "wot chu need manicure pedicure?" Then she'll quote the price Even when you pay her... she doesn't say thank you. This neighborhood is multicultural for the Asian community to open up a business and give nothing back to the community is an issue we need and should think about. Oh, she's got her boys running around (they are cute) but, the owner is always yelling at them in her native language but it's very disturbing for people that came to pamper and treat themselves for a day. I don't think I'll be back. I don't think I'll recommend this place.
