Did whatever they wanted caked on nail polish layer after layer. I complained and they told me it was my fault for having my nails done somewhere else first even though I asked for a fill and they said they could do it. The nails ended up looking warped. They also put on a different color on top of the color I wanted because they said it looked better that way. Wasted money! Now I have to go home and soak these in acetone.
My daughter and I came in for a full set. After waiting 2.5 hours my daughter was up first. She requested a full set with a coffin shape. Her initial shape in a few were horrible. When she brought it to the stylist attention, he said it was her nail not his mistake. After demanding to reshape, he filed and ended up making a few of her fingers bleed. Mind you I’m still waiting..finally after another stylist finishes up, she said I will do her in a minute, I want to paint my own nails first. Daughters are now finished and the worse I ever seen. I would not recommend this place at all. Horrible service!
They did an okay job the guy was friendly for a pedicure and gel on both my hands and feet total for 60$ bit pricey considering I’ve paid that for a full set acrylic but nice quiet shop
Went here for the first time to get a manicure and pedicure. The place looks pretty and it’s a quiet environment. However, unlike other nail salons they decided to do my fingernails first so I ended up putting gel nail polish on my toes so I didn’t have to wait for my toes to dry. My gel nail polish started to come off in less than a week. My mom went to get her fingernails done that same day as well and her gel polish started to come off by the second day. I don’t know what they’re calling gel but gel nail polish is not supposed to come off so quick.
I wanted to treat myself to getting my nails done and decided to try the mall, I’m new to the area and haven’t tried anywhere. Let me ijust say when I was in beauty school and we practiced acrylics..we did a better job then this guy did. I had my baby with me so I didn’t pay a TON of attention to anything except shape and length. As I was leaving my baby was getting fussy so I didn’t even really look until I got home. They are extremely thick and bumpy. There are gaps between the tips and my nail. There is acrylic on my finger. They look awful and feel awful. I called and talked to the guy that did them and said I would be in the next day to show him and get a refund and he said okay. I get there and they are so unprofessional about it. There is a girl sitting there hanging out with her friends and doesn’t even look up when someone comes in.. the other ladies didn’t say a word either. Finally he acknowledged I was there and asked what I needed so I walked over to him showing everything that was wrong and told him I wanted my money back. He kept saying no they are okay, and good. Showed his co worker and she didn’t even say a word to me. No one else would even look at my nails and hear what I had to say. TERRIBLE customer service.
That little sign out front? The one that says the specials? Don't listen to it, they lie. I asked to get a take off and then white tips. I was replied with we close in an hour and I want to go home so you're getting a fill in. My sister got white tips that were supposed to be $25 according to the sign. Plus she got a coffin shape (which she wanted rounded but the nail tech obviously wanted coffin) which is an extra $5.
$95 later and we have our nails that are uneven and completely not what we wanted and overpriced. Terrible place.
It was horrible! The Gel nail came out so bad that the glow was gone the minute I washed my hand. Waste of money and would have to re-do them tomorrow. Worst manicure I have experienced.
Had dip nails done. Gentleman doing them did a terrible job. He did not listen to what I wanted. My nails are all wavy and look terrible he could not take the time to fix them! Poor customer service. I suggest you go somewhere else! I learned a valuable expensive lesson.
