PSA: THE SHOP WILL TURN YOU AWAY IF YOU COME TO THEM AT 6PM. This place is very unprofessional. I walked in and scheduled an appointment for the next day with the owners wife. The shop has that they are open until 7pm on the weekdays. I had an appointment made for 6pm to have my nails (only hand) done by the owner or the owners wife. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and neither of them were occupied with a customer. But for some reason, the owner told me to go to a different table to have someone else do my nails. I told him NO, I wanted/preferred him to do it. And he gave me an attitude & asked what I wanted and I said a new set, and he told me at 5:53pm NO, he doesn’t have time for that because it’s almost 7pm even though I showed up a little earlier. They have lost a customer for good!! So disappointed in them. I saw that he didn’t want to do my nails so I respectfully left the building.
I’ve been coming to Escape Nails and Spa for years and always come out beyond pleased with my services. I always get my nails done by Cindy and am always greeted with a smile from her husband Andy and the rest of the staff who feels like family. Cindy gives the absolute best foot massages and is a perfectionist with French. I am very grateful to have found my loyal nail place. Even though I moved half an hour away I still sacrifice the commute to come and visit my girl Cindy. Her amazing work and heart of gold is always worth the trip. Thank you Escape Nails & spa for making sure my nails are always on point! God bless your business always.
Went to take the acrylics off. But ripped my real nails ridiculously. Didn’t use alcohol or anything even when I asked it would be easy to keep it in warm water or alcohol. Kept on using nail tip and ripped them off. Never had a complain from Cindy or Andy, but this is awful. And I paid for this !!!!!
My favorites place when it comes to manicure and waxing, the older lady that does the eye brow waxing is just amazing and the owner is usually the best at doing manicure, however when it comes to pedicure it depends on what person you will get, I like Haan she is the best ????
Awesome nails! They are so nice here and the prices are so affordable. Definitely coming back.
I have been going here since 2012. I love them... it is a family owned business. They get my eyebrows on point every time. The do awesome pedicures too (spend the extra $10 for Deluxe so worth it). I can’t talk about the nail service to much because I only get it once in a blue moon and remove after 2 days or so (due to work). They always treat me right and are so patient with my 7year old who gets her nails painted every now and then. I highly recommend them.

This place is a joke! They do not accept appointments, there is only 2 decent nail techs and the rest are just there... Their waxing room is super dark so they are not able to see how well to remove hair, therfore the job is never done completely. I tried to put my past feelings aside and give it another shot, but results are the same. Its just hands down one of the worst nail salons in the area! You might as well go to Walmart - Save your money!
