I have very thick hair and their treatments and blow outs are great whenever I get my hair done here I am always highly satisfied. Will continue going and enjoying the services.

The worst haircut I have ever had. In and out 7-8 minutes, careless cut, uneven edges, not following instructions or photo showed before haircut. Just horrible service. I wish there were a zero-star option that I could choose because even 1 star is too much for this place.

Asked for a small undercut with the line design. Showed them the picture and got this mess on my head.i don't know where he got the dots from and it's hideous. Everything about this is wrong. I don't write negative comments but this salon ruined my hair.

For my wedding, The owner himself attempted a style using my daughter’s hair that had just been cut right at the salon. I have Alopecia so the plan was to use my daughters hair as a cover up. The style was terrible, it did not suit me at all. When I tried to explain why I didn’t like it, he tried to embarrass me in front of other patrons saying, “Would you prefer your bald spot exposed?” By then I was in tears, but I tried to compromise by making an appointment to come back. The guy had the nerve to be even more upset when I asked for my daughters 15 inch length hair back. He really though I was going to let them keep my daughters hair ?!? Did I also mention my daughters haircut was horribly uneven. The lady doing her hair parted it to the left and then proceeded to cut her hair leaving it uneven on one side when parted in the middle. Way to service us for my wedding!! Very disappointed. If possible I would rate 0 stars.
