I had an amazing experience with Thao. She took the time to make sure I truly loved the color I chose, and made me feel very heard. I can’t wait to go back to her in the future! (My nails are the pink ones with diamonds.)
My sister (chrome mirror nails) also had a great experience with her nail artist. We will definitely be going again and recommending to everyone!
This was the worst “manicure” I’ve ever had. I walked in first thing in the morning with one other customer in there and asked for a manicure with dip powder. She filed my nails then started on the powder. She didn’t shape my nails at all like I asked and didn’t trim or shape any of my cuticles, or the skin around my nails (I’m a nurse so my hands are super dry from constantly washing them and using sanitizer). She left bright pink dip powder all over the sides of my fingers and on the pads of my fingers, then said “sorry the top coat is wrinkled. You’re done.” Do not recommend this place at all.
I usually get pedicures here regularly, and the staff are always kind and fast. Today I was treating myself to getting my nails done as well and the woman who did them, I did not get her name, but I would trust her with my life as well as the life of my first born child. I attached pictures of my nails and the inspo pic I showed her. I am so happy with them they are perfect and exactly what I wanted. I will be requesting her from here on out and potentially may ask her to be my maid of honor in my future wedding.
I received a gel mani and a jayhawk pedicure and loved it. My nails came out cute. My toe art is adorable and the leg massage was one of the longest and most relaxing that I've gotten. They double checked that I was happy with every step of the process. I would definitely go again.
Clean and organized shop, no line for a walk in (but it got busy by 11am on a Friday), and super friendly staff! Best nail place I've been to in Kansas. I really loved how they knew their customers by name! Spring for the next level up from the basic pedicure, the hot stone massage was amazing and work every penny extra. Highly recommended, I'll be a repeat customer!
Thao was sweet, very punctual and amazing to talk to. The uncle who helped with my pedicure and the tech who worked on my nails (whose name I forget) are also amazing, very gentle and considerate. I just wish they explained why I had to wait so long (30 minutes!) when they could have at least started on my pedicure bath earlier.
Staff was pushy and upcharged my service. The nail tech I had also cut my cuticles and I was bleeding after the appointment.
Just got my acrylics filled and love it! Price was good and staff was friendly. Only complaint is that my nails underneath are a bit jagged from the way they filed them.
