I absolutely love getting my nails done here; they will always have my business. Each month I come in for a fill and pedicure and each time I am ecstatic with the results. Not only are my nails fantastic, but so are the staff! Kena always takes great care of me and is very detail oriented in shaping, painting, and designing my nails. The entire staff greets me by name and always makes me feel at home. I would recommend Elite Nails to everybody!

On September 17th I treated my daughter and 2 granddaughters to a visit to Elite. That visited cost me over $475.00.!!!!

My daughter and I have been using their services for years and never had an issue until today. With the passing of my son last fall, I take his 2 young daughters once a month for a weekend. Since I was having them this weekend I had plan our trip to getting our nails today. My 15 year old granddaughter did get acrylics put on last month and she told me they fell off after 2 weeks. So when we arrived today, they told me the following excuses to what happened. She needed a fill every 2 weeks, being a teenager-they are rougher on their nails and the final excuse was, she should of returned once they started coming off. I use to have acrylics and had a fill once a month. I informed them that my granddaughters live up north and I only see them once a month. They told me that there would be no refund for credit. I was extremely disappointed with the service today. I did treat my other granddaughter to a gel manicure and I had a simple manicure with no polish this time. Since I wasn't getting polish, she charged me $5.00 to remove the old gel polish. Never once did they feel bad about happened. As of today, I will no longer going to Elite for their services. I will be looking for a new place. My name is Nancy and I have never been treated like this before. Time to move on.

Kena has been doing my nails for years and she is fabulous! Elite Nail Spa is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The massage chairs are wonderful and the luxury pedicure is worth every penny!

I have been going to Elite Nail Spa for over a year now and Kenna does an amazing job for my pedicures! She is so gentle and takes her time with me. I really enjoy the massages and I always enjoy our conversations! Thank you for always taking such good care of me!

My mom and I had luxury gel pedicures with Kena and Lily today. They gave us the best pedicures we’ve ever had! They took their time, a very spa like atmosphere, we didn’t feel rushed (45 minute pedicure and kept us for an hour and 15 minutes). It was our first time visiting Elite Nails and its now my favorite place! Thanks for your wonderful service!

***Update - after 3 days the gel manicure started to peel. Sadly, this place is just not worth it.***

The environment is very relaxing and fairly clean. However the quality of manicure is not up to par for competitors in the area. I have gone across the freeway at Le’s Nails for years and it was closed today so I tried something new. Sadly, this wasn’t worth it. My cuticles and nail beds were groomed at a mediocre level and the paint job is the level of my 8 y.o. Niece and her home kit!

Unprofessional and Raciest place!!

I went into Elite nails with my daughter. We were each getting a full set of acrylic nails and I also got a pedicure. The pedicure was great except for the fact my nail tech did my nails while standing next to my pedicure chair. I have been to this salon a few times in the past and had no issue. This time both my daughter and I were not happy with our nails.

I called to request a refund and she offered to fix them. We were unhappy with the nails and wanted to go somewhere else. She stated she spend a lot of time on them and couldn’t give me my money back. I then told her I spent a lot of money on these nails. It was a back and forth fight.

Not to mention there was a fight that broke out right in front of the door while we were there and 2 nails techs there said, and I quote” it’s always the blacks fighting”.

Are you kidding me! I am part black(I look Hispanic) but it’s besides the point. That raciest comment was made in front of my 13 year old child too. So unprofessional and disrespectful! I will not be back!

I went there today for a luxury pedicure and manicure, the staff were very friendly and polite, they didn't chat a lot with me and I'm happy about that because I like to just relax. Nails turned out amazing. There was however a small incident, which was by no means the company's fault and they handled it very well, even gave me a gift card for so much off my next visit, which they didn't have to but the thought was very nice. I definitely will be going back. Thanks Ann &Sarah.
