This place is great for basic nails, but depending on who you get and I don’t think many of the nail tech do designs or maybe this isn’t a slime where many people request designs…. If you decide to get a complicated or delicate design it might not come out the way you wanted or expected. I always want a cool and different design and I’m pretty particular. Not bad though, the staff is friendly and takes criticism well. But they do a great job. It’s not bad I’m just not in love with my nails. They only look good from far away 7/10 .unsure if I will be coming back or just trying out a different nail tech to do the more complex designs.
My mom says….”Amazing!!! Every time I go to this nail salon they are always consistently Excellent. The staff is helpful. They offer complimentary drinks and back massages. Nice atmosphere! Upscale salon! The owner is the ONLY person in Charlotte that I have found to get my nails done right! After visiting other salons, I had to had to go back and won’t go anywhere else” and she means that!
This is my 2nd time at Elife and they did not disappoint! I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they did a great job! They are always busy but they will keep you updated and will check in. I love my nails and the mimosas were great! Henry took his time and did a great job!

They do a WONDERFUL job but BE PREPARED TO WAIT.
I had an appointment at 2pm (which the receptionist offered me when I booked it over the phone). I was seen at 3:27, almost 1.5 hours later. I waited in the pedicure chair and asked the woman sitting beside me if this wait is typical or due to the holidays. She replied that it is typical to wait even with an appointment, but the wait is usually reduced if you book with a specific person. Because this woman was nice enough to say something to the owner of how long I'd been waiting, I was seen the 87 minutes later. They do a wonderful job, and she spent a lot of time on my pedicure and massage - she was also incredibly sweet. Heed the seasoned client's advice and plan accordingly!
They were very professional! The place is absolutely beautiful and I was so please with her work on my nails and feet! Her timing was excellent and I was blown away and definitely will be a forever client!

Today was my first time visiting this nail spa and I am sold. The customer service was top notch and my nails (SNS) turned out absolutely beautiful! Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a beverage (wines and water are offered frequently). The hostess also gave me and other customers a back massage while receiving services. I have been to several nail salons and this one is the best. I have already made reservations for me and my friends to return for pedicures.
Thi is a stellar nail technician! Her work is flawless. I felt very relaxed and really enjoyed her service! Will definitely return soon!
