I went here because I saw there were positive reviews and I was looking for a new place to get my hair done. When I entered the barbershop on time the woman was having a private phone conversation. She shut the door to the first waiting room and I assumed I should wait for her to come out and greet me. I waited for around 5 minutes, in the meanwhile listening to her talk on the phone. After waiting I decided to just go in and see if I could get her attention. I sat down in one of the chairs and waited another 3 minutes while she continued her phone conversation without acknowledging me. After she finished without greeting me she told me to sit down and proceeded to tell me that I was late. she then gave me the sloppiest and worst hair cut of my life. All I asked for was a simple trim and she managed to completely butcher my hair. I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed with her attitude and lackluster service. Avoid this person at all cost if you value your hair!
The lady was nice but i showed her photos and was very specific about what i wanted and she still cut off way more than i asked for and now my confidence is ruined. its their job to help people feel better and i wish theyd be more considerate of that by asking questions and cutting no more than asked.
Eliana has no idea what she is doing, my 5 year old cousin could do better, she’s also very rude. Don’t go here unless you want a bad haircut and a rude hair dresser

She is very kind! Doesn’t take away the bad haircut, probably the worst one I’ve ever had- uneven hairs everywhere and no attention to detail, I believe she overbooked and when pressed on time, sacrifices the quality of whoever is in the chair to meet other clients appointment time. 2nd and last time going here, totally not worth $30
Poor quality haircut and beard trim, very clearly inexperienced in handling African American hair. 0/10 lineup , did not comb out my hair evenly before cutting, did not rub alcohol after cutting. 0/10 service, overpriced strongly do not recommend to anyone and especially black men looking to get a haircut in the area.

Eliana moved her shop in the last year to a bright location next door to Share that is about 25 feet off Main Street Amherst. You will not be disappointed.
