I went in for a few drawstring pony tails and the quality was so nice and soft. I love the adjustable strings it was easy to customize and im glad it came with instructions (like wash and condition drawstring ponytails in cold water for 10 minutes, never brush them and let them hang dry).

I would like to share my wonderful experience with this hair supply store. Eli was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful while taking out the time to help me choose the best wig for my daughter. Not once but twice, they have a lot of beautiful wigs and bundles to choose from. Don’t even think about the distance of their location bc it’s well worth the drive. I promise you will be satisfied. The other guy that works there is very nice and professional as well. If you’re looking for good quality hair at a great price along with phenomenal customer service then this is your place❤️

12/26/2022. First time ever at this beauty supply store. Great customer service!! Huge inventory. Lots of hair color and length options available. I felt like a kid in the candy store. The Staff, although all men, knew about that hair!! Love it. I'll definitely be going back!!

I absolutely love this store! The workers are very friendly and are there to help, but give you the space to shop on your own. They have a ton of products and the prices are very affordable. And It’s great supporting a local business, too! This will definitely be my new go to beauty supply store ????

Absolutely amazing service!! I always feel very nervous around sellers but they was extremely helpful and informative. For men to know how to atone to the needs of the female customers and know about their products are extremely rare. I would recommend this place for people across the world who want to come to America and have a go to hair shop! (For I am a streamer on multiple platforms)

I moved into this area a year ago and was so glad to find this store so I could stop buying from Amazon. This store has everything you need. It’s well laid out and the salesmen are friendly. I have spent a lot of money in this beauty supply for the past year and for the most part, I was a satisfied customer. However, a couple days ago, a salesman helped me pick out some twists that matched my natural hair and told me I needed 4 packs. I spent $30. I opened the hair and it was straight twists, no loop. I figured I could just crochet it in. I laid the hair out and started installation but could not find a method that worked. The hair would just ravel and fall apart. I went to the store today and asked them how to install. They didn’t know and suggested I buy different hair. I feel they should stand behind the products they sale. I understand I opened up the packages, but they could have offered a discount on the new hair, or offered some type of compensation. This store should have a policy for products that are absolutely unusable. At least you can return bad hair back to Amazon.

The customer service was magnificent, as well as the hair selection and knowledge the employees had to give . We will definitely be visiting again A.S.A.P before we leave back for home.
