Kim and her team are always very nice and welcoming. I always go to Elegant Nails whenever I need acrylics done and they always do an amazing job! Everyone there do an amazing job and take their time with each customer! They are gentle and do an extraordinary job with all their services and do a detailed job! I am so grateful for Kim and everyone there. She does great work and always thinks of what's best for the customer. Switched from Acrylic to Dip and my nails have grown long and strong since. I recently have had a really bad week, getting hit in the face by a car door, falling and hurting my finger completely destroying my nail. Kim was so kind to help me clean and fix it making it look as if nothing happened. The pain went away the next day! She did it out of the kindness of her heart, because she wanted to be one happy thing in my week. I am so grateful. A little bit of kindness goes a long way for even strangers. Thank you!

This place is awful. When I walked in for my appointment they didn’t even acknowledge me and kept me waiting 20 minutes. Which might be ok if they are polite enough to say “be right with you.” I even called ahead to see if they were on time. Very rude people. Both a man and a woman worked on my nails and they were rough with me. The man held my finger so tightly it hurt and the woman dug her extremely sharp nail into me repeatedly and when I asked her not to she argued with me! Who does that? I said you are hurting me. The man used the grinder very awkwardly and the woman took over and did a good job overall but very overpriced. Define not worth it!! Rude people here. I will never go back.

Everyone here is super great! I love Lily and Kim they are complete perfectionist! I needed Disneyland nails/toes for my trip and they turned out amazing! Go here for top quality service, clean beautiful asmaphere, and exactly what you ask for????????

I have been getting pedicures here for several years. A couple workers are friendly, most people are neutral. They do a good job. I have had a couple occasions where the nail polish was goopy and they would thin it down and continue using it. On my last visit the “madam” checked me out. I said thank you and started to leave. Without looking at me she said something loud in her foreign language and I’m quite sure it wasn’t “thank you for your business”. Two other staff members gasped at her words and turned to me anxiously and said “thank you!!” I will never go back there, and have since found a fabulous place just down the road.

The young guy doing my toes was very effective and quick about things. Not always the greatest of things when your legs are being massaged but he was nice enough. The water was very hot when I originally went to put my feet into the bowl and when I said something he make the water super cold instead. Oh well! Good prices on stuff. $30 for a basic pedicure and $75 for the really fancy CBD one. They are extremely clean I’ll tell you that. Weird amount of blingy clocks on the walls though.
