It's horrible, I'll just leave photos so you can understand
Wasn't there to rent a room. Went with an employee of the Book Store in front of motel. While there We spoke with the owner of the Book Store who also owns the motel. (Ms Sue)She was a very nice lady. The grounds were nice and clean. Several employees were busy as bees cleaning and doing maintenance. A lot of beautiful exotic birds under the awnings in nicely kept cages,
Do you like filth cockroaches and meth? This is your place. Are you entertained by listening to drug addicts beat on their ladies? You'll love it here. You can't eat unless you enjoy sharing..with roaches. Police frequently come here and not for a room. The entire area is covered in litter and it looks like a homeless shelter. I saw condom wrappers and needles in parking lot next door! I've seen good reviews and I'm imagining posted by owner because there's no way anyone who's not an addict is comfortable here!
Very nice lady who ownes the place. Couldn't ask for better service. The young girl checking us in was very sweet. Aside from that we will never stay there again. In 2 words!!! BED BUGS! Had and still have the bites to prove it. I posted pictures.
An interesting old hotel with strong personality that reminds me of hotels on Route 66. The U-shaped design lends itself to sitting in front of your room and meeting the other guests. This is the only completely pet-friendly motel in the area. They welcomed me, my Rottweiler, two kittens, and guinea pig. The rooms are clean and include fridge, microwave, and Dish with HBO/Cinemax. The worst thing I can say about the room is that the furniture doesn't match, which is not a deal breaker for me.
I want to thank the front desk mgr (I'm not exactly sure who I spoke to) for allowing my father to stay there during Hurricane Irma. He was driving from south fla and was almost out of gas and the traffic was bumper to bumper with gas stations being empty. I was very nervous and almost got in my truck to drive from Alabama. I called and she allowed me to reserve a room for and didn't price gouge me or him at all. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and customer service during a very stressful time!
El Dorado Motel in Cross City FL is awesome. Very well kept, topic vibe and all together a wonderful place in Cross City to stay for a visit. You're near all the necessities. Gas stations, McDonald's, Save-A-Lot and public library are less than a mile or two away. Lots to do and very quite area.
This place is full of drugs and the owner treat's some people different from the other. She allows the drugs here and to be sold there she doesn't care if the rooms are cleaned and I believe my son is getting bite by bed bugs and she doesn't care she kicked us out and she lies to
I am done with her lying about people and she is not a good person
