I never leave bad reviews because I love Giving businesses the benefit of the doubt but my experience yesterday w/ Anna (Johnnita daughter) was awful. I’m not sure if Anna was annoyed or not willing to work and put her skills as a hair dresser to work but I left W: the back of my hair uneven. I didn't realize at first (Anna did not give me a mirror to check the back of my head. She just let me know she was done and walked to the front) because I was Just happy about getting a hair cut and doing self care but through the night my husband tells me the back of my hair is uneven. This is unacceptable. Since I’ve moved to Kennesaw I have Never had an issue w: easy hair. My hair has been cut by Sam (best hair dresser but she left), Gail, an older gentleman, and johnnita (has knowledge, personable and she’s cut my hair before and I’ve left pleased) but Anna her daughter really killed it for me and I wont be returning. Already Anna was telling me they don’t get much business and due to her lack of care I will not be returning. Piece of advice to Anna: love your job and show off your skills. Do not be mediocre and learn a trick or two from your awesome mom. This was a total disappointment.
I went in to get my shaggy hair cleaned up and left incredibly happy. Both my stylists Johnnita and Anna were tremendous!!!
THIS IS THE BEST HAIR SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO. After coming to them with a color fail by another hair salon, they made me feel so at home and comforted. I was obviously upset at what had happened to my hair at another salon but they were determined to fix it for me and make sure I was happy before I left. It took hours but Adi did an amazing job!!!! I am so happy with the results and will be coming back for all my hair needs. I am attaching the before pictures of what I came to their salon with and then posting the after pictures. I had Adi do my hair but everyone there was so friendly and nice as well!!
First, I really do not want to leave 1 star for anyone. But the disappointing experience yesterday I have to let ya'll know. After calling yesterday to confirm wait time for walk-ins that there was none, I said great, I will be there in about 10 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later to get two children haircuts. No one else was waiting. Sat and waited for about 15 minutes while one hairdresser went outside to smoke when we first arrived. That's fine, she's on break. But then she came back in and left. I asked what the current wait time was, and was told it would be another 45 minutes, as she added 4 workers had left early within the last 10 minutes because they "weren't busy." That is why I called. Why didn't they tell me that on the phone? The last haircut I got here was mediocre at best, so this was actually me giving them another chance, but this is it. Should be embarrassing to you that we received better service down the road at Great Clips.
Easy Hair is always a pleasant place for me to get a haircut. They're always nice and friendly. Addy cuts my hair and she always does a great job. She listens to what I want too, which is a big deal. Overall good place.
I started using Easy Hair in 2006. Wow, 10 years! I have always had a wonderful experience with the staff at Easy Hair. My history with Woody goes back to my childhood when my teacher who was his client took me in to have my hair done for a school play. The standard of service that they provide has not changed. I have always been happy with my hair style, hair color and advice about hair care from Easy Hair. My children are clients and have been since they were old enough to have hair cuts. I usually see one particular stylist however, occasionally there has been times that I have used a different stylist. The quality of service is consistent across the board which tells me that they train their stylist well. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Easy Hair for treating us like family.
I love Easy Hair!! Adi did an amazing job giving me a balayage/foilayage, and doing my hair was a learning experience for both of us. She was very attentive and always made sure I was being taken care of! The prices here are great as well.
This was my first visit and I didn't exactly know what I wanted except shorter. Anna was great in listening to my thoughts and she did an amazing job. I love my cut and style.
