Gets the job done well. Did an amazing job at being gentle and patient. Aura of the spa calm. Kind personalities and great customer service. The base of the pedicure was amazing. Got all of my ingrown toenails out safely and without any pain. As much as you can not have pain from ingrown toenails taken out. I appreciate someone who does their job and does it well.
I love Eagle Nails. Kevin and Amy (the owners) are very nice and friendly. Amy NEVER forgets anybody's name! It is amazing. Everyone there does excellent work. For example, they have a person designated exclusively for the spa chairs pedicures who knows her business inside and out. The prices at Eagle Nails are very reasonable. If you do not want to wait, an appointment is helpful, but walk-ins are absolutely welcomed. Unless the shop is extremely busy, customers do not have to wait long. The business is easily accessible for people with disabilities, and every staff member is very conscientious with elderly people or people with disabilities. They are also excellent with children. Years ago, a friend recommended Eagle Nails to me, and I am so glad that she did. Unless I am out of state, I NEVER think of gong anywhere else for my nails.
My friend and I went in for 2 full sets of gel nails and walked out with nails that look like we were kids getting out first manicures. The nail polish is all on the sides of my fingers, the nails are all different shapes, the color has already started spotting in different places. Literally just left like not even 45 minutes ago! The guy who did my nails was so inconsiderate and literally putting that powered piece on my SKIN & not just my nails. I would pull my hand away and he just kept on putting it back on my skin. I usually go to the place inside Walmart & see Cindy and now I remember why! Not everyone should be a nail tech!
When they make a mistake on there nail polish, I feel rhat they should charge .because the regular color was totally a different color then the gal color. And yet they charged me a extra ten dollars. Because I told him I wanted my finger nails, and my toes to look the same.
I arrived a little after 4:20pm on a Friday. They were a little crowded but within 20 minutes I was seated. The pedicure tech didn’t hurt my feet and they had a decent section of colors to pick from. The service was excellent!
I moved here a year ago and had good experience with the owners daughter doing my nails. She took her time did an amazing job and I loved every bit of it because she took her time to make sure they are close to perfect. I always leave a good tip and with her she deserves it. When I get my pedicure done they do such an amazing job at it, they take care of my feet real good and make sure they are close to perfect.
My opinion on the owners are a rating of 2. They rush when doing the nails, to the point that I had cuts on my fingers. I prefer having their daughter. When I got my nails done by the owners they were falling out within the first week, cracking & breaking.
It’s my opinion everyone has different experiences.
Owner is RUDE! Employees lack basic respect of customers time. Environment isn’t friendly or welcoming. But if you like bad service Cindy does nice acrylic nails, great pedicures and good eyebrows. Then there’s one lady who stares at you the whole time it’s uncomfortable.
I went to this place for the first time on a recommendation of my god mother my father had passed an I was leaving in the early morning an just got back but my nails we’re awful I got the tip with acrylic on top they were fat thick crooked an I have glue stuck underneath also still stuck to my skin. My pedicure the nail we’re fine but my foot was not sanded down good as soon as I able to touch my feet I could feel grit all around the sides an underneath I’m going back to show them as soon as they open on Monday I hate there not open on Sunday’s because I would be there this morning. They were closing soon an just rushed my job totally unsatisfied.
