Best PlaceJuice Reviews
I visited this place on a Sunday morning. The establishment was relatively empty (us and two other tables of 2) and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in many, many years.
They took our order and it took 14 minutes for two lattes to arrive and when she put the coffee down, she did so rather forcefully. I chose to ignore it but as we waited a further 10 minutes (about 25-30 mins in total) for our two simple breakfasts, other customers around kept experiencing issues with their orders. Wrong drinks, wrong food orders – everything. I kept my fingers crossed and when our food came out almost 30 minutes later, we too had the wrong order. I didn’t have fried eggs, I got given scrambled. When I told her it was wrong she said “….right?” with such attitude!
I asked her for the correct eggs and she took the plate away, came back within seconds and said “Well you may as well just eat that and we’ll bring the right eggs separately otherwise they’ll be cold.” They then took 12 minutes to bring out a singular fried egg by which point I had already eaten all my breakfast.
The food wasn’t great, the services was the worst in years I’ve experienced and most of all they were relatively empty.
As I was getting up to leave, one customer tried ordering 4 different things and the server, each time said “Yeah, I don’t know how to make that. Can you choose something else?”
Another customer wasn’t able to get his £4 in change when buying a coffee because they simply didn’t have change in the till so they had the manager who was cooking, leave the place in charge of two girls that were completely new not having any idea what they were doing.
Their attitude was extremely wrong but the biggest take away is how bad the management was to put these two clueless servers who clearly had no training.
Please, don’t bother going here. It was embarrassing.
All the food I've had here has always been delicious - sandwiches, eggs, pancakes, smoothies and coffee. The staff are lovely too.
Best coffee shop in Isleworth. My new favourite cafe. Amazing and professional costumer service and food made with care, the French toast was my favourite. They even have a portable device charger, a wall with community info and activities.
Great Breakfast option and amazing coffee. The place is usually busy but you get seats. The staff is very friendly and while they can be more faster at cleaning tables and keeping the place neat, I will still keep visiting this place for their lovely food.
PS: So much Halloumi is not needed in breakfasts :-) replace with spinach or more mushrooms.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience here. I started by studying with coffee and ended eating brunch with friends. Within this 7 hour visit, all the staff were nothing but attentive, friendly and obliging- especially Sunny, who served with warmth and efficiency throughout the day. The coffee (vanilla latte- recommend!) was perfect and the food I had (toasted/filled croissant) was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect both to work and socialise (with a great set of background music). The interior is modern and creates a relaxed environment to be in. I will definitely be going back. Everyone served that I witnessed were happily satisfied; it is in a great location both for sitting in and taking away. I look forward to going back soon!
Amazing food and incredible service
We came for a brunch and had the breakfast tacos and French toast they were delivered to our table service and both dishes were fantastic as was the coffee.
This place has everything you need, attentive staff, quick food service and great value for money.
We’ll definitely be back.
I've been coming in here regularly, and Dom/Krishna are always great with service. Food options are great (started coming here for the pancakes initially) and there's lots of light/a few sockets plus WiFi. I've tried most things on the menu by this point, and I can't say I've had a bad experience.
Today I went in, and wanted to give a shout out to Layla, who made me a great coffee plus is also a lovely person.
Faultless.
The service I received was exemplary, in a particular from a young chap. Probably the best service I’ve experienced in a cafe. I felt welcomed and at ease the whole time. The products were great and well prepared. Ambiance and hygiene on point. No downsides.
