I am really happy with my hair. I got knotless and they look so nice. Costumer service was also really good. Took a little longer than I wanted but it was painless, I’m tender headed so that was great. I will definitely be back. ????

I was here 5 minutes only...... not when spending my dollars will I be disregarded then laughed at by another braider. Worst experience ever at a braiding shop.

I love my hair! When I tell you all these ladies work so diligently and professionally! I believe the owner did my box braids. Y’all I can literally put my braids up into a bun and I just got them done TODAY! No tension at all! Thank you so much! I will be back.

The salon has a very nice customer service, lovely atmosphere, with a clean and friendly environment. The ladies in the salon are also very nice and make you feel comfortable. They also do different types of hair which are neat and last for a long time. Each hair styles are also reasonable priced. I always walk out of the salon feeling extremely happy and satisfied with my hair all the time.

Everyone was really nice , they were time efficient . My hair came out so nice and precise . Kinda pricy but worth it . I never got my hair done before , I usually do braids myself. The shop was clean , my stylist did a great Job !! My hair smells so good I’m obsessed :)

This Salon is horrible. I called to check when my daughter would be finished, and Raina blurted out in the background, "if you hold your head up it will be 2 hours." Once I arrived back and I spoke to Raina she stated she was only joking. My daughter also told me Raina threatened my daughter to take her phone. My daughter said "what" in she, and was then told "don't be sarcastic." I am really tired of the level of customer service these people have. As hard as it is you would think business owners would appreciate every dollar. I guess not. This salon also change prices everytime you go as well as give you the style they want. I asked for a certain style and my daughter's braids are way bigger than we asked for. This Salon is the pitts. Take your money else where!!!!!!

I enjoy this business they provide a excellent service it’s clean and affordable stop in for yourself and get a estimate. I’ve went from comb twists to cornrows with them whatever I ask for they provide being that I’m new to having hair they’ve been teaching me a lot in regards to maintenance and growth of my hair. They’re super welcoming, and I appreciate Love for going out of her way to make sure that my hair is to her and my expectations thank you Love!
