I did not have an appointment but they were able to get me in super quickly. They do gel nails and I chose black tips. They turned out beautifully! The owner is very nice and friendly, I will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!
So very disappointed with this place. I usually go to OQ nails and they had a long wait and were about to close, so I came here. I asked for a fill and for my nails to be cut down a little. The man doing my nails took his time and did a good job on the fill, but when it came to painting and nail art I was not impressed. You can see the lines under my matte color and there is polish that had dripped under my nails. THEN I got to check out and he tells me $60!!! For a fill! What!? I grabbed the pamphlet nearby and he tells me "oh those prices are before C**id." Riiiiight ok! Will not be back or reccomend then place.
This is the only place I will get my nails done now! All very kind and wonderful people who work there, even if it is a small staff. I have always called and made an appointment ahead of time and they are normally very accommodating. I also learned a lot from them about how to properly care for my nails to make them last and look great!
Extremely disappointed! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!! Pictures are from after getting them fixed, so you can imagine how they were prior to that. I usually go to TRACY Nails & Spa - Dekalb, but there was a long wait and I was in a time crunch. I decided to go to DK nail salon since it was up the street. I went in for a No - Chip manicure, Jeni, the older lady did my nails. First they let my nails soak in a dish of acetone to remove the color for way to long. My fingers were super tight afterwards. It was not until I was standing in my driveway in the sunlight when I noticed how terrible they were. DK was closed at this point so I could not go back. As soon as I walk in the door - the first thing my boyfriend noticed was the horrible nail job. I decided to go in the next day to see if they could fix them. I walk in and the older lady “Jeni” is at the front register. I told her that I was not happy with my nails. The younger lady came up to me and took a look at my nails and proceeded to tell me she did not see anything wrong. I told her I was not looking for a refund, and all I wanted was for them to be fixed. The color was not even and I had nail polish all over. They proceeded to tell me that it was because of my nails, amongst all these other excuses to why they were bad. The younger women attempted to fix them by completely removing the polish from ONE nail - the worst one and redoing it. For the rest of my hands she just pushed and cut my cuticle down and removed the skin on the side to remove the polish. At the end of it all she said that is all she can do for me. Again the pictures I took were after she “fixed” them. I am truly disappointed with this place. I paid $45 dollars for this horrible job. I will never come here again.
I got hoco nails and they are gorgeous! They have stayed on for a long time and don’t feel like they’re going to fall off anytime soon, and great service too!
Have never been so satisfied with my nails. I wish I would have gotten the guys name who did it. He was very good. Will definitely drive 2 towns over Just to get my nails done by him!
Got a manicure and a pedicure. They don't look bad but they don't look great. They looked good straight on but then I noticed the second coat wasn't painted fully over the first coat and the sides of all the nails look unfinished. Had friendly service and 10% off for paying with cash. There were safety precautions because of covid which was great. Appointments only.
They were very nice and did an amazing job will come here every 2 weeks !!!! :))))
