Ordered a burger meal as I wasn’t feeling too well I asked for extra mayo as sometime the burger can be choking dry I had this to the notes for the restaurant and the order can with no mayo on the burger and a little slab on the box, clearly ca not follow instructions I don’t know if they have change management but seriously they are lacking in this place now.
Not my first to do take anymore very disappointed
Popped in for a chicken wrap, which was okay cheese was an extra 50p which I thought was abit expensive. Staff at front two ladies and a man just talk amount then selves in punjabi don't matter if you have customers waiting but there talking about there domestic problems infront of everyone. Guy making the wrap was still shouting from the back didn't want yo miss out on the conversation. Food was okay but staff need to be more professional.
been in a few times, and the staff think its their own home they're giving us food from. weird looks and speaking in punjabi so we don't know what they are saying....not a bad place for the food, the chilli sauce and mayo is ok in the tubs but costly. not worth it. everything there has a price on it. no freebies here!. staff need training on service and deescalation. its not their house we are at, and they need to be off the phones and pay attention.
I pay for chilli sauce and this girl was talking to her colleague and i went all the way to buy and paid and when i come home there was no chilli sauce. And its a waste of time and waste of my own money.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. This used to be my go to when I was in town a few years back I dropped by last week and the food was tiny compared with how I remember. Sad times as their fillet burger still tastes nice just portions aren't what they are used to. Judging by the reviews I think they've changed hands. I hope this place picks back up because the menu is semi decent for the area.. Shame. I will give them one more chance before I find a new spot.
We absolutely enjoyed our meals. It was on time, it was nice on hot and the taste was delicious. You can’t go wrong with the chilli sauce. The same taste every time I have ate it. thank you
The food standards have definitely dropped. I had chicken strip's meal. I was heaving. It wasn't even crispy, too doughy. Overly priced at £8
