I’ve been coming to Divas for the last 10 years and have never been disappointed! Jenny and Han do such a great job with my nails. Definitely make an appointment to make your visit smoother. Here is the latest set Han did on me. Dip neutral color with no chip design on top.
This place does not even deserve a one star, took my kids here for a simple manicure with a small design. The lady instantly gave attitude to my 9 year old daughter. After refusing a small design my daughter picked three colors and the lady refused to paint with the three colors chosen. Not sure why. Maybe wasn’t interested in simply doing her job .and yelled at her to pick one color. At this point I should have just walked out but my daughter waited all day to have her nails done. Fast forward to check out I chose the option of the Zelle payment tip they have printed clearly on the wall, the lady points in my wallet, at the cash I have in my wallet and asks me to give her cash. I cannot believe how unprofessional and truly terrible this place is.. I am surprised they are still up and running. The dirty looks she gave to my kids was absolutely horrendous. I will never come here again and I advise no one else does either!!!!
I've been coming here since they open. So many years ago, I have never been disappointed whether is a pedicure, manicure or getting my eyebrows done. Jenny and Kenny are great at what they do. Love coming here
Only place I’ll go to get my nails done Jenny and Han are amazing. Always know what I want and walk out extremely satisfied. Shape perfect, color perfect. They are amazing I highly recommend diva spa. Everyone is amazing.
Just left getting my full set and dip. Kenny was fantastic. Such a beautiful job and helped find the color I needed. Not from here, wish I was... this would be my go to place. Thank yall for getting me in so quick and doing a great job!!!
So I went in to get my acrylic nails off I think it was the owner that was taking care of me. She kept saying remarks like it was it's too thick, ugh it won't come off, see look.... she made me feel like it was my fault and left me with my hands in a bowl of acetone for about 40 mins because the tin foil with acetone and gloves didn't work.. my hands were so dry and she was upset that I didnt get them originally done here and half way through another employee had to finish and file the rest off. This is what the end result was....definitely not a place I would recommend. Very rude and unprofessional especially coming from the owner.
well i wish they had the " 0 Star Selection" because that's what they deserve but let me start by saying why I'am so disappointed, i went to this place on May 4, 2018 and i got a horrible service i don't even know the name of the lady who was doing my nails but i am going to tell you all my experience. So i went in and the lady told me to sit down so i did and she started asking me what did i wanted , and i had told her that i wanted a full set with no chip color and square round, so she started to work on my nails and i noticed she kept filing my nails on the sides for a while , and i look over and my nails were looking so thin so i mentioned to her that i didn't want them so thin on the sides, and she responded with" this is better for you, because of your nails , i always do a beautiful nails , and i told her well honestly that's cool but i don't like them and i want them how i told you please and i kept pointing at my nails trying to show her what i didn't like about my nails and she pulled my arm , so i pulled it back towards me and she started talking Chinese language to the guy who was sitting next to her and then he looked over on our side and started looking at me and started talking in their language , so i assumed they was talking about me which i honestly don't care, so then i told the lady that i didn't want no color because my nails were not even shaped how i wanted them to be shaped , and i stood up and the lady comes and pushes me all mad and says" okay no color? then move and i said to her well i am not paying for these and she says you have to pay or else we will call police so i got up and payed because i honestly didn't want to deal with them anymore i was so upset honestly i will never come here, this place don' t care about anyone all they want is your money... im going to post a pic of how i normally get them done by my tech which are the burgundy ones and the ones i got done by them are the lavender ones...
Your customer service is disgusting! The way you guys talk to people is not ok! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I had scheduled an appointment before a weeding and of course my schedule is super busy - I completely forgot my appointment was set for that day and time - I got stuck at work longer than I expected and I got a phone call from the salon about my appointment. I explained how sorry I was and immediately there after she was just so rude over the phone. She stated I am not allowed to schedule appointment with there business any longer..... Uhm - Okay that's fine because the way you treated me makes me NEVER Wanna do business with you guys! Learn some respect!
