Everything looks amazing inside, but the man who did my nails was a disaster, is like he didn’t even know what he was doing, he dug deep In my cuticles, I paid 119$ for my nails and my daughter’s… after the mess a nice lady just offered me a 20$ gift card for the mess… really? I shouldn’t even paid for this…

Vincent gives the best SNS manicure, and Spa Pedicure! This is a Grand re-opened Spa and it’s beautiful, clean and well staffed. Please go treat yourself to a few hours there, it’s worth it!
I got dipping powder from this salon which began cracking three days later and two weeks later one nail cracked and almost entirely came off. I called the salon who states that it was either bad product or a technician with poor skills which either way is unacceptable. There was no resolution as far as customer service for me to ever consider going back here again and I certainly don’t recommend going here.
I usually go to Apple Nails but they are regularly busy and it was last minute so I wanted to give place a try. Wow, I really.. really wish I didn't. My young daughter and I both received pedicures which were "ok". Since when does a pedicure place not use hot towels? This threw me off and I know it is standard and also in the description of the pedicure. I also only wanted gel polish removed on my nails and no polish put on. This took a while but the lady was very thorough. When we went to pay it was $90!! We only received two STANDARD pedicures and one gel polish removal manicure. I was very taken back on the price as I have never ever paid this before for these standard services. I went on the website and showed the girl at the front a coupon and she said they no longer operate under that name. I jokingly said they should take their "Diva Spa and Nails" sign down then. She gave me such an attitude and refused to take the coupon. We were there an hour and a half and I honestly feel like I wasted my money. I will not be returning and hours later, I am still mad about the price I paid.
Probably the worst manicure I've ever received. My cuticles are not smooth, the edges of my nails are not smooth, the paint wasn't mixed well so the color is slightly different on each nail. Super disappointing. Then I don't know what exactly I was charged for because the pamphlet said $15 for the most basic manicure but it was $30. I don't know if the upcharge was for the gel but definitely not worth the garbage paint I got.
My daughter had a nail emergency on the 4th of July where her nail was sliced in the middle right off of her skin and despite only one person working to honor his appointments on a holiday, he took my daughter in and saved her from her pain. I was very grateful and very impressed by the excellent renovations to the place.
For my birthday, I went to get my nails done, and the customer service was fantastic. Everyone was really kind, and the lady who did my nails went above and beyond in terms of performing a fantastic job. If you want your nails done, I strongly recommend visiting there.
I was in the area so I came in for a quick pedicure. I sat in the chair for almost 30 minutes in cold water waiting for service. I had to ask is someone was coming to do my pedicure and I had to ask them to warm the water.
I was there over an hour so I went to get my charger out of the car and was followed to the car and asked very loudly if I was going to pay. I was furious. The pedicure was good but customer service and customer interaction was not I will Never return.
