I love this nail salon!! I’ve never had any issues with their work ever. They do amazing every single time. This time i did an October/ Halloween theme. I’m in love with them!!

I went as was tefer by a girl as her gel nails were beautiful. Even after showing a picture of the girl and her nail. Telling tech i wanted gel she proceeded to put acrylic on my nails she said, “next time I can do gel”

I told her to not worry abourpaintjng as coffin shape awful and would need to have my nails fixed. The pedicure befor this I chose the one with the scrub and massage so paid additional and if they count a massage lasting three minutes for both this is not worth paying an extra $20 for the extra services. I also stated I did not want Gel on my toes and he said insisted and continue to do painting the gel polish.

So after a $90 bill with nails not done with gel as i asked. Only the $10 polish on my toes was worth any service I received there

Today was only the second time I had been to Diva Nails and Spa and IT WILL BE MY LAST!!! My sister has Cerebral Palsy and her right hand doesn’t work just right and while one of the girls was working on her nails my sisters hand started jumping and the worker kept telling my sister to keep her hand still which isn’t possible to do when you have CP. Any way the worker raised her voice and told her to keep her hand still or she wouldn’t finish her nails. I’m sorry but that was just wrong and my sister was so humiliated. If that is how they are going to treat someone with a medical disability I pray nobody takes their young daughters there because there is no telling how they will be treated.

I have been going to Diva Nails for a long time. It seems everytime I go lately I leave everytime saying I'm not going back.They are rough, I have been cut with the file several times on my fingers and my ankle one time. They do not pay attention to detail. The time before last my nails were so uneven and not smooth at all, it was all bumpy looking. Today they wore the end of my finger raw with the file and the color I chose turned out completely different than what the sample showed. I wanted this very dark shade of blue and when they put it on and was finished it was bright, bright royal blue!! Even the lady sitting next to me said "oh no, that is way different!" This has happened many times the colors dont turn out like the samples. Then all they offered ro do to fix it was paint yet another coat of something else on top to make it look different. Yet, they still charged me $93! One day the older man cut my ankle bone with the foot file and it took 2 weeks to heal up. Everytime I leave there my fingers are sore and have cuts or nicks. I'm done.

I was humiliated!!! I have a mild case of cerebral palsy I was told very rudely to relax my hand ! I tried to explain that I couldn't, keep in mind my hand was NOT drawing up or anything just a little stiff, but once attention was drawn to me & I got embarrassed & uncomfortable then I started to have some SLIGHT muscle spasms. She was so rude she loudly & hatefully told me that if I did not stop & relax my hand she would not continue to do the manicure!! Anyone with any type of disability knows that the last thing we want is for someone to draw attention to it !!! This was one of my biggest fears of getting a manicure !! I wanted to crawl in a hole !!! Never again!! I understand that there are language barriers but this was inexcusable!!!! I pray that if a child came to her with this circumstance she would react with a little bit of decency!! I will NEVER come back here again & will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Respect & compassion are priceless but there is none of that here !! Take my advice unless your are willing to be treated like a second class unworthy person stay away!! I left in tears !! I am a 60 year old woman you would think I would be used to this type of thing as I have dealt with this all my life, but it ALWAYS hurts !!!
