Came here for a b-day treat with the girls. They accommodated 4 of us wonderfully. They were kind and the work was fantastic. Would recommend!
My daughter and I went to get out nails done together. She had acrylics that needed removed and new acrylics applied. The nail tech pried her acrylics off her nails, causing her natural nail to lift from the nail bed on all 10 of her fingers. She was bleeding and so upset and decided not to proceed with the appointment but she is so kind and does not like controversy so she just told them she wanted to let her nails breathe for a few days.
I have dip nails that needed soaked off and new dip applied. The dip is a mess. Some areas are higher than others and is all over the skin around and under my natural nail.
The people are friendly enough but the technique is horrible. My daughter and I will never return to this nail salon!
Very disappointed I just got my nails done on the third and it looks like I've had them on for over two week's. Very lumpy lifting uneven crooked. Nail under the nail. The guy doing them made me feel very weirded-out talking about his home life and how he was unhappy and was drunk when his wife got pregnant. Just very unprofessional.
Unfortunately our first & last time there wasn’t that great. The “boss” was really nice, but my toes were bleeding during my pedicure and it hurt really bad. My moms toes had polish on her skin. My gel mani is chipping badly less then a week later.
Beautiful nails as always. Love this family business. They are always making sure their customers get the best service possible. Roberta and Violet are excellent and such sweethearts. I highly recommend this salon! ????????
Very crowded, understaffed, and I felt the technician was feeling rushed. I had a new, full set of acrylic nails placed with gel polish over top. The gel is extremely thick, lumpy, and bumpy making my nails look very awkward. The polish wasn't even placed all the way to the edge of my nail by the cuticle making it appear as though I'm already due for a fill in a few days. The edges of my nails were filed uneven and nails are all different lengths, especially if I compare with the same nail on opposite finger. Not worth the time or money in my opinion.
The gentleman at the front door welcoming people was great. Very kind and polite. Very friendly. The woman who did my nails didn't say 2 words to me. Even after I tried to engage with her.. I've never gone here before and didn't know what to expect. I dont expect a full on conversation, but a few pleasantries would have been nice. My toes looked GREAT for my surgery, though.
I wish I read the reviews before I went to this place. It will be the first and last time I go here. I went there for a simple manicure the lady who help me was fake nice and pressured me to get something I didn’t want to get just for her to make more money. I wouldn’t mind paying $65 for a manicure and dip powder if it was done nice and professional but it wasn’t at all. Now my nails look like clubbing nails and horrible. My nails are not even straight! I told her I didn’t like them and if she could try to fix them. She did nothing and instead she just said sorry. I’m never going back to this place.
