The owner DIANE is rude and lacks good customer service. She cuts the dogs how she wants. She will get loud and becoming demeaning towards her customers. She speaks to her paying clients like she’s above them. Unbelievable!!
One star speaks for itself. I talk to Diane on the phone to get my German Shepard groomed. She charged me $125 to cut his hair down. I didn't pay attention to the closing time on the ticket and I was waiting for her to call me. When I looked at the receipt, one of the numbers was wrong in my phone number. This woman cussed me out and said she was going to keep my dog. She had me Soo upset. She was going to charge me another$75 to get him back. She has a knack of hanging up on people. I was going to call the police but I didn't know where she lived. When I finally got him back, he didn't even look like my same dog.
I've never had a problem with the service so far after 3 visits. Shes always nice and she always find a way to fit us in. The hair cut is great! My only complaint is the place is filthy! it needs a GOOD power wash and makeover. I always feel the need to wipe my dog with a wet towel when i leave which sucks because thats one of the main reasons for grooming BUT I continue to go because its very convenient to get in and the cut is great for a low price.
Mindy is very unprofessional and not very patient with dogs in 2022… I have been bringing my dog’s to Diane’s grooming since 1995 & now I will never take my dog or recommend her to anyone. She doesn’t want you to tell her what she’s doing wrong she can’t take her business seriously anymore instead of trying to Apologize or fix the problem she make it her customers and how many she had to turn away in 2021 because they were not happy with their service. When her mom was working in that establishment I never had one complaint but now oh no!!! This is why her business is suffering now she need to close down like she said. Please be mindful before leaving your dog with her.
The lady is extremely unprofessional. She has a bad attitude. Which seems very ironic considering she is this religious chick. Told me she would have to tranquilize my dog in order to work on her if I brought her back, mind you this is not my first time taking my dog to her. Never again will I go there. My dog is walking funny.. Fix your attitude and maybe you won't keep losing customers. I wouldn't be surprised if she beat dogs when the customers leave.
I called to confirm my appointment and older lady answered. She was soooo rude then comment just come on I have 20 other ppl waiting before she hung up. Read the reviews but other groomers are booked weeks out. I rather groom my own dog!
I have taken my dog and mom's dog to Diane's Grooming at least 3 X's. On each occasion, she has become rude with her communication. This last time, I decided that she no longer deserves my business. I gave her 3 opportunities to change my mind about her because we all have off days, but when your attitude is a problem every time, then I feel I need to look for another groomer. Diane does great work, but she needs to work on her attitude when dealing with customers.
I took my puppy to this place for the first time, and it was HORRIBLE!!! I called the next morning to discuss an issue I had about how my dog was groomed Andy cut, and the lady didn’t even let me get out what I had to say. She kept telling me What I don’t do, etc without even knowing what I was going to say, and also confused him with another dog as a result of talking too much before listening. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Then she brought up pricing, which they told me one price over the phone, then charged me more and said they gave me a $5 discount which was also a lie. My puppy looked better before I took him to them. Then as I tried to reply to the pricing issue, she cut me off AGAIN and said I complain too much and to take my dog elsewhere then HUNG UP ON ME!!! No answer when I tried calling back. What type of customer service is that, especially when u are being respectful and professional like the business SHOULD HAVE BEEN??? Not to mention the place is not even up to par. I hate I spent money there. Do not do business with this place unless u are looking for disappointment!!!!
