*zero stars* Customer service was bad. Place was very uncomfortable and unclean. Saw the workers take in a customer who was 15 minutes late to her appointment, before a customer who came in earlier, when they already had the lady wash her hands and sit at a nail station. There were mosquitos flying everywhere. My friend and I were getting bit up! The worker would actually take the towel and swat them on the wall whenever she saw them.
I've been going here since just before the pandemic started. I've gone to Ivy every time and I always have the best nails! Now only do they look great but they're so well done. The acrylic never chips or lifts. I used to work retail and even moving pallets or product wouldn't damage my nails.
The lady who does the full set I believe has light brown hair was very rude and they take forever they have you waiting for like 1 hour and people come and they take them instead becaus they have appointments but they were late for
The staff is great. The ladies are nice. Never had a problem. Close to home. My nails are always beautiful.
I've been coming here for over a decade and I absolutely LOVE Ivy! She always does the best job and she's so friendly! I highly recommend her.

After that, her & the owner had BAD attitude the WHOLE time.... the Cherry on top, they gave me short, uneven nails for $65!!!really?
