I normally don’t write bad reviews but can’t believe how positive the reviews are for this place. Was recommended to try this place by some Facebook group… but it was the worst pedicure of my life. Painful and rushed. She was taking too much of my cuticle off. No care put in. The massage hurt.
I asked if they had Opi brand nail polish and my attendant didn’t understand me multiple times because of the language barrier, so I was stuck with the swatch ring she gave me, unhappy with color choices.
The place is filthy - dusty and there was a hair on the front stand menu when you check in. Just gross and couldn’t wait to get out of there. Never again.

Cut nails crooked and too short as I asked them not too. Would never go back. They were nice and friendly.
Clean with a comfortable atmosphere , attention to detail and reasonably price. Fixed my nails and worked to not see the thinned areas in order save my prior French tips. A++++
I have been here many times but will not be returning. I arrived 10 minutes before the opening time. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed to open the salon. I am beyond disappointed but time is valuable. Ended up at the salon just down the street and was taken care of there.
I had a very awkward experience here with one of the male workers. He was talking me out of getting a dip manicure, and was pushing acrylic. I held to my guns and got the dip- he was bitter the whole time and rude. Even the other people I was with noticed he was rude. It felt awkward and I will not be going back. so weird.
The entire staff here is great! You can walk in (although you may have to wait a few minutes during the summer - they are always much busier then) or you can schedule an appointment for as little as an hour away. Their color selections for regular polish, gel, and SNS are great as well. Everyone is so nice and the work is meticulously done. I know of people who drive all the way across town to visit Diamond Nails and it's well worth the drive!
I love, love, love this place. This is the only place I go to get my nails done. We don’t go super often, and they still remember us every time. When I go without my mom they always ask where she is. Very nice people and they do such a great job.
