** update: because this is expensive I asked for a refund bc I shouldn’t have to go back to fix something that needs to be done right the first time. The manager said they can only fix it by maybe trying a different nail color. It’s usually not the color that will determine how long they last as I’ve gotten many colors and they’ve lasted.
Super disappointed and now I’m out $43 plus the tip I left to have to pay someone else to do it right.
Unfortunately, my gel nails chipped today. I just got these done on Wednesday. Normally, when I get gel they last about 4 weeks, if not more.
I called ahead and asked if they take card. They said yes but failed to mention there is a $3 charge for card and you can’t add tip on the card. I didn’t like that but I let it go. Until today where my nails chipped. This is unacceptable no matter how much they charge.
Okay so a co worker mentioned this place to me and I LOVE IT! They stay busy so be sure to make an appointment. Jazmine, my nail girl went above an beyond. I had a picture and she nailed every detail. Other then being moved over a couple times I m happy I ended where i did as she took care of me and and did an amazing job! ???????????? I will be coming back with my daughter for a pedicure (The cute kids chair sucked me in) & highly recommended this place
Very disappointed had my nails done less than a week ago chipped already and my nails were not even trimmed underneath. My pedicure your feet are supposed to be smooth they are just as ruff as I started if not worse and lady who did my nails did a poor job not doing the fill properly and rushing causing my nails to be tender under warm water. Not going back ridiculous under a week and they look as poor as they do
I've been going here for about a month/month and a half and have always been super impressed. Unfortunately today they did not deliver. Asked for a simple black french tip and left 2 hours later feeling insecure about my nails. (Smeared french tip and chunky application of the dip powder) A shame because this place had always taken care of me prior.
I got a nail dip French nails. I have been cut on my cuticles a TOTAL of 8 TIMES !! they hurt so bad and I can’t even wash my hands without them stinging. I’ve never been cut this bad in my life! I was so upset and dissatisfied and not to mention I PAID $55 plus a $3 fee for using my debit card which is not cheap so I expect great service and great nails. I did not leave a tip because I was bleeding and so upset. I did mention to the nail tech about her cutting me and her response was “ you can ask for someone else to do your nails next time” I was shocked of how unprofessional and rude this was. Pls be aware of you go here. This might be your experience. See my photos of ny cuts on my cuticles. It’s awful.
First time here Paula did an awesome job.fixed the hack job from the pervious nail shop. I will be coming back. I paid 105 for two fills.
My sister brought me here because she loves this salon and I can see why! The nail techs are so friendly and pay attention to details, cleanliness and make sure everyone has a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend!
LOVE this place! They are so sweet and do a great job without trying to upsale. They even took care of my dad in his last years and treated him well and he always loved his toes and fingers when we left. Tiffany GREAT! Great job on dips. Highly recommend :)
Also, they cant do tips in credit card, but I just venmo her tip. Easy peasy
