I was giving this place a 2nd chance to redeem themselves and they did not. The guy who did my full set rushed, he was in a bad mood, rude and I could have tolerated it all if his work was at minimum nice but the work is atrocious. Waste of money do not go there.
DO NOT GO HERE! I got a full set in less then 30 minutes were he rushed them and didn’t even try. He was super lazy and was just trying to get people in and out, did not care about the quality at all. My nails also had little bubbles all over them at the end. Literally do not go here.
Quality of pedicure was very poor to say the least. Had to ask technician to clean up nail polish around nail twice. She acted perturbed because I asked. Pedicure only lasted a few days. Polish started to chip 2nd to 3rd day. Paid for 10 min leg massage that lasted 2 minutes. Will not be going back. Cannot recommend this shop!
Worst service ever experienced.... they don't clean up the polish around the nails.. and had an attitude when I choose not to get gel.. and the did my nieces nail crooked and refused to fix it and my nails were supposed to be coffin shape and they are nowhere near that and they applied gel polish and didn't use the uv light because I didn't want gel I wanted regular polish and my nails dried clumpy
My daughter and I received gel pedicures. My daughter’s gel only stayed on less than a week. My toes weren’t properly shaped but there wasn’t much I could do about it as he cut them short. I also paid for a package that included a massage and it wasn’t provided. I have been going to this shop for a few years but will not be returning. The quality of service was poor.
I got a gel pedicure and eyebrow arch.
The price was moderate to high. The service was good. All of the employees were kind to me. I was served quickly. The technician was very gentle and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. My pedicure included a massage. However, one technician was arguing with another customer and the restroom smelled not quite clean. I would definitely visit this salon again.
I got my nails removed and it was the most painful experience. The lady didn’t listen to what I asked for and treated my hands as if I had no feeling. She tore to of my nails down to the meat. Terrible terrible service. I also asked for the number 1 pedicure and she gave me the number two which has a $10 difference that I didn’t want. They aren’t following COVID rules either. No one checked my temperature or had me wash my hands before service. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! They don’t care about anything except if you can pay cash or zelle. DO NOT COME HERE.
They were nice & clean... that’s about the best compliment they get.
Tech didn’t file right and definitely didn’t polish right.
I see why they have such low ratings.
I went and got a color change the very next day after leaving this nailshop.
I’d pass on this nailshop.
They wack.
