I went in for dip powder on my natural nails. They guy that did my services gave me a receipt which was for $35. As I was gathering my things to leave, another guy that worked there came and looked at my nails and grabbed the receipt and changed the price to $40 because he said my nails were long. I didn't have a problem with the price but I did have a problem with the fact I already had a receipt for services and the price was changed. P.S..... my nails don't look that "long" to me...

Had a horrible experience, waited for 1hr and 30 mins soaking my nails when I told them I was in a hurry. Told the manager and she didn’t wanna give me a discount and just cut 10 dollars. I paid 90 dollar for dip and a pedi. Didn’t even get my medicure as you can see in the video my cruciales aren’t cut or underneath my nails aren’t cleaned.

I 100% recommend Benny if you want the cutest acrylics. He was incredibly skilled at his work and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I was very indecisive and asked for his opinion and he went *above and beyond*….just see for yourself I love them so much thank you benny you are such a king I will be coming to u every time from now on!!!!!

This is one the best nails salons I have ever visited. I love the large salon. You don’t feel crowded. The owners are very pleasant and inviting. They starve really hard to please you. Most nail salons rush you in and out. Not at Diamond Nail, you get a true spa feel. They have definitely stole me from my prior nail shop.

Honestly this place use to be really good. But the last couple times I’ve went the prices have went up and the service has went down. I’m so disappointed I used to love this place. I have came here twice now in a little bit of a rush and explain the situation to the workers. I explain that I am in a rush. I asked them can you do the service I am requesting in a decent time. They will have me wait for an hour and half before getting to me. This time I came an hour before they closed (as soon as I got off work) . I asked if they would have time to see me- if not it’s no big deal I can go somewhere else that’s open a little later. They tell me yes and here I am not finished. They ask me to come back tomorrow and I can not. I have limited time with work and I need them done asap for a wedding in the next day. Also I got my nails done here less then a week and 1/2 ago. They fell off with in a week and I paid 120 For them. The people are nice but the work is not worth the wait or the money. Not to mention they can’t be up front about the wait or if they are able to do something or not. I will. Not be back.

get it done couple weeks ago. the nails are perfect and I love it. excellent service and very helpful. I will definitely come back again

The quality is good, but the service and pricing can be improved. My nail tech was not friendly. She was interested in conversing with everyone but me, and the price for a full set and fill in with minimal designs are the same. I can't prove it but I feel the black customers are charged more than others.

Amy was so good & paid attention to details by taking their time and asking me if I liked it or not on every finger!! I got dip on my natural nails with a specific design and Amy matched it perfectly! I 10/10 RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
